Went in with some coupons for 99 cent burgers to get lunch. I was charged the 99 cents as well as the full price of the burgers. Ended up using more money than I would’ve without the coupons somehow. Asked the manager about it and the only thing they could do was give me another coupon 😁👍

We love the hot fudge sundae. Its really good but I find charging extra .89 cents for extra fudge is a little too much. So I only indulge once in a while bec it gets pricey. The fish sandwich is good too. The staff is awesome and place is pretty clean.

Ordered 2 blizzards, neither were mixed completely. All the candy was at the bottom and plain ice cream on the top. Employees want to be paid top dollar for mediocre service :(

Stopped here for some blizzards on our way out of Boise.

First of all, it's sad that there has to be a note posted on the counter to be patient as most of the employees are on their first job and learning! We have all had to start somewhere and learn somehow! Have some patience, people!

Yes, we waited for about 15 minutes to get our blizzards. However, there were 4 staff members and the drive thru and lobby were busy! These young employees were busting their butts and getting customers taken care of as quick as they could. Not one of them complained, not one of them gave up. They kept going and doing the best they could to keep up.

Kudos to the kids working that evening and not giving up! Things can only run so fast when there isn't a full staff. At least they showed up and hustled!

The blizzards still came out great and didn't drip when tipped. I wish I could have gotten the name of the girl that added some sprinkles to my girls' ice cream cones for having to patiently wait. That made their whole night!

Stopped by here recently and had to go inside only to find out they were playing some kind of Christian music on the speakers. This isn't the place or the time to play stuff like that. Save it for when you're at home, in your car, or at church.

This store is very slow. 6 people on shift and still long wait times. One girl has a big cut on her finger as well with no gloves or a bandage on it. I’m never coming here again.

Got a small butterfinger blizzard. There's almost zero butterfinger throughout. Will not be returning to location anymore.

I had a truck and trailer parked in an empty parking lot In front of this business so I can get some quick lunch but an employee decided to park right in front of me to try to block me when there is a whole empty parking lot to park elsewhere .

Awesome people! The manager is the best! The cook is phenomenal! Love the store!
