The delivery was perfect, having ordered from Store #7377, EXCEPT for my ignorance about how your tipping process works. When I placed my order online I thought I was including my tip in my purchase. No wonder I got a very strange and sad look from the young lady who brought our dinners to my home. The receipt clearly shows that I was not charged the tip that I thought I’d included. HUGE shoutout to Alex, tonight our order was incorrect, so when we called they were happy to replace it.
It took a long while for the replacement to arrive, so we called. . And there was an error on the computer but they hopped on it AND gave us a coupon for free pizza next time.
