Horrible customer service I called to fix my order I placed online and no surprise they didn’t fix it they answered the phone like they forgot they were at work and she couldn’t understand or know what handmade pan pizza is?? They need some new workers for sure.
It was a rainy night and I was staying at a hotel. My food came in delicious and hot.
The delivery guy was delightful, professional, and apologetic (he gets 5 stars) because the only drawback to this order was, the person who took my order neglected to add the marinara sauce I requested for my Cheesy bread to the order.
Otherwise, this would be a five star review.

This review is strictly for Max. Some people just get customer service. No matter what happens or what I need or anything makes always makes sure that I leave a happy and that I get what I paid for and he's got the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time so shout out to you and thank you so much for everything you do

Fast service , order always right
showed up 15 minutes after the text saying it would be ready in 8-10, stood at the counter with my food saying ready for 15 minutes with several employees standing around talking and two outside vaping…the shop was practically empty as well, two other orders on the board that hadn’t been started…

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. They gave me the wrong pizza and when I called they said that they couldn’t do anything and to call back the next day, so I did but when I called all I got was attitude and was told that “since the pizza was ordered yesterday they can’t do anything”.

Made an order through the app at 534pm... 640 rolls around, and I look to see that my order is not in the app. So i reordered through online, and it won't go through, so I called the store to figure this out, and a new guy did his best to help me. Then when it comes time to pay, he doesn't know how, and in the background, I hear a manger being really rude to him telling him NO repeatedly, so I ask to speak with her. He hands her the phone and I tell her what's going on, without acknowledging the fact I ordered over an hour ago , and that the online platform is malfunctioning I ask her why I can't pay over the phone and she told me that they are slammed and that they don't take my order. That's the only reason. She didn't say it would be a two hour wait, or maybe pay in cash or any reason at all, just flat out as rude as can be said no. I'm only writing this because I spend more money than I'd like to admit at this store and they should make some kind of effort to explain a situation with some kind of customer service. Simply saying NO rudely, and the only reason you provide is that you are slammed, then why answer the phone and take an order at all? Why be rude to the nice kid trying to do his best? Domino's you need a better manager, that's why you can't keep people. Gross , and they lost my money for life.... Not that it matters

Update Nov 2024:
Meat on a veggie pizza. The pizza was delivered 30 minutes AFTER the original estimated time. At this point, seems like my poor choice for ordering from here.
No one was near the pizza station, I saw one of my pizza fall down as it reached the end of the conveyor!
I am told to wait here until they make that pizza again, while my other 2 pizza get cold!

Placed an online order, but no email or text confirmation, just Dominos bot. Went to pick up and they had no clue about my order. After checking my card statement and that I was actually at right store I called. SAME person I just talked to in person, "Did you not pick it up?" No, I was just in 10 minutes ago asking. "We see your order, I'm not sure what happened to your pizza" At least they refunded but they ruined my night.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this one! We had ordered a few pizzas for our office today, we ordered one that was half Philly and half Hawaiian, Philly was great besides the giant piece of plastic I just bit into, and our Hawaiian just had pineapple and ham, no cheese, no sauce. Not sure how any of that happened but we definitely will not be ordering from this store again!
