I ordered a pepperoni pizza and pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. They gave me the wrong pizza and when I called they said that they couldn’t do anything and to call back the next day, so I did but when I called all I got was attitude and was told that “since the pizza was ordered yesterday they can’t do anything”.

Made an order through the app at 534pm... 640 rolls around, and I look to see that my order is not in the app. So i reordered through online, and it won't go through, so I called the store to figure this out, and a new guy did his best to help me. Then when it comes time to pay, he doesn't know how, and in the background, I hear a manger being really rude to him telling him NO repeatedly, so I ask to speak with her. He hands her the phone and I tell her what's going on, without acknowledging the fact I ordered over an hour ago , and that the online platform is malfunctioning I ask her why I can't pay over the phone and she told me that they are slammed and that they don't take my order. That's the only reason. She didn't say it would be a two hour wait, or maybe pay in cash or any reason at all, just flat out as rude as can be said no. I'm only writing this because I spend more money than I'd like to admit at this store and they should make some kind of effort to explain a situation with some kind of customer service. Simply saying NO rudely, and the only reason you provide is that you are slammed, then why answer the phone and take an order at all? Why be rude to the nice kid trying to do his best? Domino's you need a better manager, that's why you can't keep people. Gross , and they lost my money for life.... Not that it matters

Update Nov 2024:
Meat on a veggie pizza. The pizza was delivered 30 minutes AFTER the original estimated time. At this point, seems like my poor choice for ordering from here.
No one was near the pizza station, I saw one of my pizza fall down as it reached the end of the conveyor!
I am told to wait here until they make that pizza again, while my other 2 pizza get cold!

Placed an online order, but no email or text confirmation, just Dominos bot. Went to pick up and they had no clue about my order. After checking my card statement and that I was actually at right store I called. SAME person I just talked to in person, "Did you not pick it up?" No, I was just in 10 minutes ago asking. "We see your order, I'm not sure what happened to your pizza" At least they refunded but they ruined my night.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this one! We had ordered a few pizzas for our office today, we ordered one that was half Philly and half Hawaiian, Philly was great besides the giant piece of plastic I just bit into, and our Hawaiian just had pineapple and ham, no cheese, no sauce. Not sure how any of that happened but we definitely will not be ordering from this store again!

I ordered a time pizza at 10am to be ready at 345 and they were not ready when I got there. I had wait remind them my order and what time it was at... I see everyone else in the comments have issue with this place.

We ordered online and our receipt showed exactly what I ordered. I wanted light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni, onions and olives. What we received was light sauce, pepperoni and olives. No extra cheese and not one onion. We did eat the pizza, mostly because who wants to take it back and wait for a new one, but it was not what I ordered or what we paid for.
We didn’t order anything difficult or challenging and we are very disappointed that, even something as simple as our order, was not done correctly.

We ordered pizzas for delivery, the tracker and the text bot told us the delivery was complete. I went to check and there was no food at the door. I called the store and Ava told us it was still in progress and to wait. I waited 10-15 minutes and still nothing so I called again. She asked me to confirm my address and I did. She told me that since the driver came back and said he “for sure set the food down by the door” and that was the address, that there was nothing they could do for us. I asked for a remake or my money back and she just kept saying there’s nothing she can do for me. So literally stealing our money basically? She didn’t offer for me to talk to a manager or anything. Short and offered zero help or empathy about the situation. I drove around the whole neighborhood looking for our pizzas on random door steps because I didn’t know what else to do and found it on the door step of a house with the same numbers but on the wrong street. Not only where they no help but they tried to steal our money from us and we’re not going to make it right at all. They messed up and wanted us to pay for their mistake. Now I’m angry and eating cold pizza. I always went to dominos when I wanted an easy pizza night, not sure I’ll choose this store again.

Domino's pizza was better than what I remember it several years ago. Ordered the pan version and it was a lot better. However I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it came with marinara? Don't think that was suppose to be on it but altogether not bad, driver was on time and very nice
They made a mistake on my order (life happens) and they gave me a free 2 liter even though I wasn’t complaining. Great people. God bless.
