I should of gone to In and Out!!! Everything tasted like old fryer oil, even the hamburger, and the frys were so bad my dog wouldn't touch them..... and as for the price..... 45$ for 2 burger meals and a kids meal......... won't be going back. Id suggest Macdonald's or burger king before you waste your time on fanci freeze

Oh boy. This trip was not the best. My wife recieved a shake that was only 1/2 full. I had a Burger with no napkin and a drink with no straw. Maybe some of this could be avoided had we taken The time to check our order. But still. Love this place.
Hopefully things get better.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this is now our fifth bad experience in a row, and unfortunately, it will be our last time eating here.
Here are some of the issues we’ve consistently experienced:
-Extremely long drive-thru wait times (up to 30 minutes), with no apology or acknowledgment when we finally reach the window. It seems like this is considered normal here.
-On one visit, the employee at the window was eating a burger in front of us and then immediately handed us our food. That was very off-putting.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the shift lead was in charge. I explained what happened, and it was dismissed as if it wasn’t a concern.
-Every time we receive our order, it’s messy and leaking, so bad we have to ask for napkins because they’re never included.
-Dipped cones are often only partially coated.
-Today, we paid $20 for milkshakes that were extremely thin, more like melted liquid than shakes. When I asked about it, I was told the machine “wasn’t working well,” which raises concerns about how long they may have been sitting as we waited 30min in the drive through.
-Sauces are almost always forgotten.
At this point, things have only gotten worse instead of improving. We won’t be returning or spending any more money here. Management standards and expectations for staff seem very low, and it shows in the overall experience.

Have waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a couple of milkshakes. Not worth it. You might think about bringing someone's order to them when they are just waiting for ice cream.

I just waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive thru for my peanutbutter Boston shake just to get home and realize they put a hot fudge sundae on top of rootbeer....

Tonight I had the best milkshake I had ever had in my entire life, and that is saying something, because I am 64. Chocolate chocolate fudge milkshake. It was truly amazing!

Good fresh ingredients. Friendly staff.
Great shakes and malts. Everything you want in an Old School burger joint. My feelings are the same about the Boise location.

Really bad experiance. I ordered a brownie shake and got a vanilla. I get home to find out they broke the bottom of the shake and it leaked everywhere. When I tried to ask the clerk about my flavor I was ignored. They closed the window.
