Was super excited to try the tasty looking drink options for the first time, however worst experience at a drink place ever. I ordered three sodas and they all tasted like diet with diet flavoring, I didnât order diet. It was so bad it tasted like if you accidentally crunched on an aspirin while trying to swallow it, I couldnât get rid of the bitter aspirin taste for over an hour. Tried to call the store multiple times as I had the drinks door dashed but couldnât get anyone to answer the phone that sounded like a personal cell phone not a business.

I showed up to get the drink I promised my gf at 9:20 on Friday evening and the open sign was on but the door was locked. There were multiple employees inside still, idk why it was closed so early when itâs advertised 10pm. So I drove all the way to Boise.

I couldnât hear the girl through the speaker and it was taking a while so I drove up to the window and I was super nice and said, âsorry I didnât know if you couldnât hear me or if the speaker wasnât working.â She replied âor I was with another customer.â I was so nice to her and she gave me attitude and I did not appreciate it.

I used to work by a Fiiz in Meridian so now that I'm on the other end of town, I don't get to stop by very often. Today was my lucky day to snag a drink from them. Since I haven't been there for a while it took me a minute to scoop out the drink menu. Zane who was working the window was nice! He gave us plenty of time to look over the drink list.
Today I snagged the B town blast. It is so good! You can taste all the fun flavors in it. My daughter got a customized drink and it was tasty too!
This place always delivers on their drinks! Staff is always great!! You can't go wrong hitting up this joint for a good drink.
My wife and I really like fizz and their drinks but have been really disappointed in the staff at this location. Our drinks are almost always made incorrectly, and we are constantly asked to tip before they've even made our drinks. If we don't tip, the staff becomes cold and rude. It's made us come less often as it's become expensive and it's not worth it if drinks are made incorrectly and don't taste good. I think some other locations in the valley have better service, and I'd avoid this location if you'd like your drink made correctly.

Love the drinks, love the staff, however we ordered some chocolate chip cookies for the first time and they were . . . Weird. Soft and soggy around the edges and tasted like I was licking the inside of a refrigerator. Again, drinks are great but don't know if I can recommend the chocolate chip cookies.

I tried getting a Dr Pepper with flavoring, but they gave me a gross bland drink. It wasnât even Dr Pepper, more like sparkling water with a hint of mud. Yuck. Very disappointed. I didnât even see a way to get a refund on their website, which is very lame.

I was waiting at the ordering screen for a few minutes and I said hello a few times as well when I didnât get a response I went up to the window. I looked in and I didnât see anyone when I was about to drive away I saw the girl that works here Remley (I think is what her name tag said) sitting with either a friend or another employee. I decided to walk in and order. When I walked in I said oh I thought you guys were closed I was waiting at the ordering screen for a minute she said oh our headset is weird sometimes. Then proceeded to put it back on her head. As I was waiting I heard her take a few more orders. Once my order was ready I noticed one of the cups was broken at the top I couldnât fit the lid on and when I picked it up it spilled a little. I asked Remley if she could change out the cup and with a big sigh she grabbed the cup and dumped it in another one.
I honestly have worked in the food industry for a long time and know that it is a pain sometimes but this was probably the worst experience Iâve ever had.
