Always love the triple pie. But every time we go in there, the staff always seem miserable. Very short, unpleasant tones with offsetting body language.

Flying pie has the best pizza and actually has gluten free pizza ? with me having ciliac is very important. UNFORTUNATELY the errors and poor customer service lost my business and my future business at every level.

This is the third time in a row our order has been messed up. One pizza comes out and we have been waiting on the second for over 20 minutes. No one says anything or tells us what’s going on. Definitely will not be coming back again. If the staff can’t handle the business the owner/ manager should definitely be here. Not a way to run a business!!!
Went up and asked about pizza were told 5 more minutes. Ten minutes later asked again. Pizza was finally brought out. We asked what was going on what took so long? We were told it was our fault that we ordered wrong. I said absolutely not that our order was repeated to us correctly. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the one in charge. Rolled her eyes and flipped us total attitude. We asked for our money back. She said oh fine and gave us no money back for one pizza. Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’m fine with responsible young people being left in charge. This girl was in fact a child and proved it.

Ordered online. It asked for a tip. When I picked up the pizza they rang it up for a tip again. Pizza was thin crust. Had to take it home to finish cooking it as it was raw. The only reason they got 3 stars is because they sell the raw dough and that's normally a decent price. But a 12 inch for $25 bucks plus they wanted a tip. I had to fumble through the online ordering, drive to get it, and finish cooking it. The flying pie on Fairview in Boise is way better. This is the 2nd time we have ordered it from here where it's not cooked all the way through. Restaurant was empty and now it all makes sense. A good restaurant is always busy. No matter the location.

We tried FPP (Meridian) for the first time. Got a Supreme pizza and were impressed. Lots of ingredients, good cheese and sauce and very good crust (original). We're fans and will be back. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere great employees great food. Always somebody honking the horn at the door to tell the employees they had a great experience. Been a customer of Flying Pie since I was six years old. Will continue to be a customer until the day I die. Great product. Great beer. I always look forward to another Flying Pie experience.

Foods good. Staff apparently dosent know how to commit to basic standards of food handling and the girl st the front tonight was wear pants that were absurdly large for her and it looked trashy.

We ordered a pizza from this location on Uber Eats. The app told us it will be about 40-50 minutes. An hour and a half later, it was still telling us our order has not been picked up. We called them and we're told that our order is still 15 minutes from being ready and that our Uber Eats driver was waiting on it. That would make it at least 2 hours before we got our food. The least that this place could do was accurately reflect their wait time instead of just making us wait for HOURS. Would not recommend. We ended up canceling our order and getting food at a different place that actually cares about their customers.
