If you are allowing the new owners to keep the Freedom Bagels name you should have trained them better and had them keep your vision of how the business should operate.
It is only the first week but the bagels are over cooked, they are extremely unorganized. I came in at 7:00 am this morning and there were no bagels in the display and there was only one guy working. Very friendly people also very good food and it's a good place to learn how to make bagels
We live close to the bagel factory and have ordered for pickup a number of times. After leaving and returning home, we find out that the order is incorrect. 100% of the time. I realize it's on me for not standing in line to double check our order after knowing they fail on putting orders together correct.
