I usually don't write reviews but I've been a regular here now - it's been really good. I don't really like tuna but they must source it well because it tastes good here. Compared to other Asian places in Boise/Meridian area, I really like this one the most.

This place is awesome. If you like traditional Japanese food this is your place. Prices are good and service is always quick and polite. Our whole family have been going here for a few years and it's always great.

We tried Fujiyama for the first time and were impressed. We had the Red Dragon, Treasure Valley, and the Green Angel rolls. The Green Angel was our favorite, but all were good. Place has a modern, upbeat vibe and service was great. Recommended!

I’m sitting here dreaming of the tuna tartare I had at the Meridian branch yesterday. It was seriously amazing! I would be a repeat customer for that alone. The flavor was incredible, a little spicy-which I like. They served it with lime tortilla chips which I felt went really well with the flavors of the tartare. I also tried a sushi roll. It was good, but not amazing. I may just need to try a different one though. I will definitely be back for the tartare:) I also loved the atmosphere and staff was very friendly and prompt. Very little wait for the food.
