I called in a to go order, and no order was taken. When I arrived at the restaurant, the girl who helped me wasn't interested in taking my order or having my business. All she was focused on was telling me that I was wrong.
Since she was not interested in helping me or filling the reasons, I drove to the location. I left.
She was more focused on telling me I was wrong and not wanting to serve me. Then actually wanting to take an opportunity to do business.
So I took my business elsewhere, and she lost out on what would have been a very generous tip.

Had the BLT it was pretty good, it's a classic sammy! Also the fingers tears were great, but I loved the parmesean garlic fries ? ? they were fire ?!!!!!

Had a new server and we couldn’t believe how capable and qualified he was for never working in the industry…. This place truly cares you can feel it from the wait staff, to the kitchen….. come in for an authentic experience of a truly nice sports pub…. It doesn’t hurt that they have true sports fans in here……. good place to watch a BSU game or any other game they will accommodate. If you can ask for Alejandro he is amazing.

Stopped in for their happy hour. $3 well drinks. Awesome we thought. Ordered a bourbon and seven. They don't have a well bourbon, so settled for their well whiskey. Wife ordered a screwdriver. Giggys considered a screwdriver a cocktail, so was charged full price. ????? What does one put in vodka to be considered a well drink? Wife ordered the chicken wings with the sweet Tai chili sauce. She like them alot. I ordered their fingersteaks. Waitress asked if I wanted fries, tots, onion rings or sweet potato fries. I asked if they were the same price, and she said yes. Was charged extra for fries on bill. Waitress asked how I wanted them cooked, so replied medium. The tenderloin meat they use is quite excellent. It's a good thing since they were cooked to death. The batter looked and acted like burned toast. We weren't served any sauce with any of our orders. Had to asked for blue cheese dressing for her carrots and celery. I had to ask for sauce for my fries and fingersteaks. She had to look on menu what kind of sauce it came with. It was decent cocktail sauce though, when I did get it. Again, the quality of the fingersteak meat was good, but for $18, the portion were small. I'm in my late 60s so my appetite is a lot smaller than it use to be, but I left still a little hungry and ended up having a snack when we got home. Other places that I've ordered fingersteaks from, I almost always end up taking few pieces home. Waitress was very nice, but I think a Newby in the trade.

Huge kudos ? We are semi-regulars that come to Giggys pretty often. We came in tonight and had a young blonde named Reese as our waitress. While we were eating, we noticed an visibly intoxicated man come in, who sat at the bar. We mentioned to Reese how intoxicated he appeared. She immediately spoke to the bartender and then approached him as he was trying to leave and convinced him to come back in and not to drive. She was appropriate, confident and did a great job!

This place rocks! Amazing happy hour with great drink and food specials. The staff is always on it and make sure you're in need of nothing. They also have a great selection of sports on the 10 or so tv's. The menu is awesome with all sorts of delicious options to choose from, everything that comes out looks super yummy. One of my new favorites for sure!
