We had a fantastic experience at Gigi's Restaurant Bar! We just stopped in for drinks, and we were so impressed with the service. Our server, Bailey, was wonderful—she was incredibly nice and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The bartender Brynn was also great and just as on top of things.
While we didn't have any food this time, the drinks were excellent and we really loved the overall atmosphere of the place.

I've eaten lunch at Giggy D’s twice now, and overall, it's been a decent experience. The service has consistently been great, and the prices, especially during happy hour, are very reasonable. The atmosphere is also good—it's a solid sports bar environment.
I'm a big fan of finger steaks, and I tend to order them whenever I see them on a menu. The first time I tried them at Giggy’s, they were pretty good—I'd rate them a 5 out of 10. However, the second time, they were unfortunately overcooked and very hard to eat. This inconsistency reminds me of Rudy’s Bar and Grill, where the fried food can be great one time and overcooked the next.
If Giggy D's (or any grill, for that matter) wants to see how finger steaks should really be done, I'd recommend they check out Lindy’s Steak House, which serves the best I've ever had, or JaK*s Place Neighborhood Grill, which is a close second.
Pros:
Great service
Good prices, especially during happy hour
Good atmosphere
Cons:
Inconsistent food quality, particularly the finger steaks
Fried food can be overcooked
Overall: Giggy D’s is a decent option for a casual sports bar lunch, especially if you're looking for good service and prices. However, the inconsistent food quality is a drawback. I'd recommend it with the caveat that the food might be hit or miss.

Chicken wings with the buffalo sauce were the bomb. My mouth is watering as I type this. The chicken sandwich, not so much. Little piece of chicken heavily breaded. Service was awesome. Beer selection was great. Cookie with ice cream was a winner! Makiya did an awesome job serving. We like this place.

Molly was our waitress and she was fabulous! The food was excellent! There were several groups of people that came and went while we were hear, but the noise level was never to loud. We were able to enjoy our lunch at leisure and carry on a conversation without interruption or having to yell at one another. All in all, it was a great expand we will absolutely be back!

Sydney is amazing, the new menu items are phenomenal. The French dip is so good you'll want to drink the au ju. The tots cooked well were perfect crunchy on the outs tender on the inside.

The food, service, and atmosphere of this place is amazing. Our server was so patient and sweet and the food came out super fast even with how busy they were. The owner was also there and was so kind to my son and I! Will definitely be returning!!

The wings were excellent. Finger steaks need a little work as they were a bit tough. Service was a bit slow, but nothing to be upset about. Great place to watch sports. The score reader board is great.

I want to start by disclosing that I came back because I was given a certificate to give this place another chance. I also tried the other location to compare the experience.

Overall, the food still did not stand out. The fries were greasy and bland. This time I ordered the BLTA, which was just okay. The garlic aioli didn’t really come through and I could barely taste it. The lettuce, avocado, and tomato were fresh, and the bacon was good. I added chicken, but it had no flavor and felt like an afterthought. My wife ordered wings and a chicken salad. She said the salad was average at best, but she really enjoyed the wings, which she felt were the best part of the meal.

I noticed the chicken sandwich I had last time now has a “club it” version with add-ons. I’m not sure if that was available before or added after my last review, but for an extra four dollars it didn’t feel worth it.

In the end, I was still not impressed. The food was lackluster and the price does not match the quality. With so many new places opening in the area, I don’t see how this place will stand out with food that feels subpar. It may work for some people, but for me this was my last visit. I hope one day they can prove me wrong, but without major changes I don’t see much potential.

The positive side of my visit was the service. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and welcoming. She was the best part of the experience.

They were out of wings and finger steaks by 1pm, on the opening Sunday of the NFL season. Pathetic and unacceptable. A sports bar out of 2 best sellers, after 2 hours of being open? How does this happen? Heads when roll.
