One of the servers named Colin was extremely rude to me and my family didn’t give us our plates and we heard him in the back complaining we asked for plates. Very disappointed in today’s youth.

One of my all time favorite places, frequently ordered. However twice now when ordering a wilderness garlic extreme for delivery I got what’s pictured below….i asked for no sausage. And got no topping except 10 pepperonis. At the price of a special…. Which is drastically more expensive than a mostly cheese pizza with a few pepperonis. And completely different taste. Lacking everything. I genuinely deserve at least a partial refund especially after this has happened twice now.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! new plates are not accessible to customers. People must wait and ask busy staff for new plate. there is a sign posted however there is no enforcement. In 45 minutes I heard a staff member say they served 80 pizzas. Most people did not get a new plate. Google says on average 80 pizzas feed 200 people. Buffets are known to have health risks but this is gross.

Tick Tock….ordered pizza at 445. They said at the latest…90 minutes (really 90 minutes for pizza but ok). 2.5 hours later still waiting for pizza to be delivered. Horrible, horrible service out of a LOCAL company that was chosen instead of a big brand. Last time will ever order for Idaho Pizza
