First time at Idaho Pizza in Eagle and it won’t be our last! Mike was the cashier on the day we were there (Friday 10/18). He has a very warm, friendly demeanor and even brought us some extra cinnamon knots the kitchen had on hand. He and Rory were great at keeping the restaurant perfectly clean — always noticing what needed to be bussed or swept. Unlike employees at many other restaurants these days who just stand around oblivious, these guys were always looking for what needed to be done. And the cook who brought us our pizza was very attentive and kind (didn’t catch his name… he has tattoos on his arms). Pizza was 10/10!!! Donna, the assistant manager was warm, too! Thank you, staff at Idaho Pizza, for making our lunch experience a great one!

It was very dirty it took so long to get a large pizza and a kids pizza we had our salad bar ate and we waited there like 45 minutes to an hour longer for our pizzas to arrive to our table it was pure crazy that was the first time and the last time that I will be to that pizza company

Idaho Pizza Company is always the same. If you want a simple but complete salad bar, it's Idaho Pizza. If you want decent pizza with different choices, it's Idaho Pizza. It's a "serve yourself" lunch. The staff are always friendly and, most importantly, their restaurants are always clean.

Went for the lunch buffet midweek. We'll stocked with a great selection, but the pizza was pretty basic. Just like any other chain of pizza places. The bread sticks are pretty dang good, though.

Great pizza buffet is awesome
One of the last places in Meridian where you can’t use Apple Pay. Come on guys upgrade your point of sale system so I don’t have to bring a card in.

Delicious pizza! Be prepared to wait though if you order on a friday night. Told 20 to 25 mins and was actually almost an hour. Lines all over from carry out into lobby. Very chaotic! I'll order different days lol.

Short staffed. Seem like they only had one guy work on the counter while they were people standing around in the kitchen or walking around the restaurant aimlessly when they could have been helping people in the takeout line

I love Idaho Pizza ? One of the best pizzas in town, not cheap but good! But, my brother and sister have different type of names and they can never get the correct name on those orders. So if you're named joe or tiffany, no problem, but if it's anything else, they will butcher it FYI
Parking: Smaller parking lot, so tight parking if your in a good sized pickup, but you can kinda use the xtra spots at their neighbors.

Placed an order several hours in advance today and was told it would be ready at a specific time. We showed up to pick it up when they said it would be ready but we still waited 20 minutes. The place was empty btw. Not a huge deal, but no apology, just "take a seat and we'll let you know when its ready". I asked the man at the counter about the total of my order because I had asked to substitute a few toppings, and he rudely told me "it doest work like that", and that we would be charged for extra toppings. Ok, that's fine, but he didn't have to be so rude about it and talk to me like im an idiot. Its never been an issue before. Finally, I asked for marinara and ranch, like I am offered every other time, and he told me he will have to charge me extra for it. I told him I dont think I've ever been charged for it in the past. He told me it's only free if you are dining in, not with takeout. Well what's the difference? The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth... not what you want from a pizza restaurant. If these are your new rules, then fine, but a little bit of friendly customer service goes a long way.
