First timer here.. went in to pick up my order and made my way to the pick up area, no one greeted me at all. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. I’ve never been here so how would I know if I'm supposed to reach over the counter and look for my order? How hard is it to say “got an order to pick up? What’s the name?” And hand it to me.. that was weird to me.

I had accidentally called the wrong store to place an order, got to this location, and the lady up at the front helped me not only get the order that I needed, but also was very kind about my mistake and I appreciate it!!!

Not sure what happened this time but it was really slow! Not like Jimmy John's at all. We hadn't been to this location in a while and for whatever reason it had a significantly long wait in the drive through with only a couple cars. Came back a couple weeks later on our way to run errands on north end of town and it was still slow 😟. Hope whatever is going on gets resolved. Food was great tasting as always.

We love Jimmy Johns but every time we go to this location, they always overcook the bread and it is rock hard. The service is good, but they don't know how to make the bread. What's worse is that they continue to serve rock hard sandwiches to their customers.

Ordered three sandwiches and picked up from drive through. Service was good and quick however when I returned home found out one of our sandwiches was missing the meat! And one other was made completely incorrect. Restaurant was closed by the time we made these discoveries so dinner sucked. I called the next day to inquire about a refund and they said they would replace the items when I come in next time. Great customer service but does not save for the fact that our dinner was lacking the night before.

What the heck I just paid 8$ for a short loaf of bread. There is literally 4 slices of meat that doesn't even cover the bread it's so small. If this bread wasn't sliced open I would have bet there was nothing in the middle. So very disappointed. This use to be one of my favorite places, but apparently they care more about profit margins than customer satisfaction.

Had a toasted beef and cheddar sandwich. It was very good. Went first thing in the morning, and the roaster was not ready. Went back later, and it took longer than expected, although not too bad.

Usually love JJs but very disappointed in this location. Placed an order for delivery, got a confirmation email at 8:54pm, but never received my order. I called the next day and was told that they didn't have a delivery driver and they had called me but the number on my account was out of service, and that it was a cash order implying that it didn't matter. The phone number on my account is my everyday cell number that is most definitely in service, and I had no missed calls, no email updates, and nothing about a cancelation in the app. I understand that things happen/ places are short staffed, but I was very disappointed in the lack of customer outreach and service in the call.
