Stop prompting for tip in a drive-thru. Pay your sandwich makers and stop expecting us to. You tip for table service. I’m already buying a sandwich from you, I’m not subsidizing the wages of the people you’re supposed to pay to make your sandwiches. Done with ya’ll and every other drive-thru tip prompter. After I moved from California to Boise Idaho I had settled on having Subway sandwiches for my go to place. Then I tried Jimmy John's! (Aaaaa)!!! Omgosh! I love you ? The Italian night club is to die for? the staff is always friendly and they are quick to get it to you...love it!

So the first time I got the spicy Italian sandwich it was perfect. I ordered the same sandwich today and it fell short. Only 5 peppers. So like 1 pepper per 3 bites. When I called to speak with the manager she told me their standard was only 4 peppers. Like what!? For the price of the sandwich and being told this information I will be eating at any of the 50 other sandwich shops in a 10mile radius. Even subway puts more toppings than that. I understand food pictures are misleading but the picture looks loaded with peppers at least put a notation under the picture. *only comes with 4 peppers*

I have gone to this location for a while and it has gone down hill substantially. Smaller portion sizes and less put on when extra is selected, you can expect to get toppings you ask to not have on your sandwich as well. Most recently when I tried placing an order online via Uber eats(which stated the store employees would deliver it) I was called and told that they would not be able to deliver my order. This is expectable, there are cold conditions and snow on the roads still. What was not expected was the managers refusal to call Uber to cancel my order, the manager stated that I needed yo call them and that they did all they could. As a manager of a franchise with Uber eats delivery, I know this is false, the manager needs to call Uber and tell them to cancel the order. Please train your management on how to properly handle something as simple canceling an online order.
