I don't go through the drive through. To sit out front. Espically when I order 1 small thing. I find it very disrespectful. As soon as I pull out front they bring the meal out. What did we accomplish other then pissing off customers?

This was our first time at this KFC location. The young man at the counter was very pleasant and readily accepted our coupon and special request. And our take-out order was up almost immediately. The original recipe chicken, when we got home, was exactly as juicy and flavorful as we have come to expect. No complaints at all, except perhaps for the extra greasiness of the piece of chicken at the bottom of the bucket. Wish they would put something in the bucket to help absorb that extra grease. But, a very enjoyable meal done like it should be done at all KFC locations.

Food was alright they skimped me out on the food doesn’t look like the photo at all. This one girl named Hailey was a complete jerk she yelled at her employee even tho he was trying to be nice. Erik is the greatest employee I have ever seen he was so helpful and nice.

I've tried to eat at this establishment four times, I've only been allowed into the restaurant once. Even half an hour after the supposed opening i found the doors to be locked and the staff unresponsive through the drive through... They also stared at me and proceeded to walk away. But the food was great the only time I ate it.

The "manager" on duty of this KFC/A&W had a terrible attitude. She was more worried about checking her phone than helping us. We had a token for a free A&W kids cone. She said she couldn't take it. We got it from a kids meal. I asked why they couldn't take it since it was from A&W and she snapped at me. Even going outside to deliver food she was angrily shoving the doors. They weren't busy and there were 4 people on staff so I do not know why she had the attitude she had.

I got the potato bowl. Freshly made and warm. The problems - the chicken pieces are giant, I can't even get them with the spork. Like bro if you're out of pop corn chicken just say so... They also put maybe one little drop of gravy on there so it's super dry. They forgot to give me utensils.
