Every single time i go through the drive through it takes 15 minutes. It is ridiculous, and I am only ordering a sandwich. They also do not greet you at the window and do not update you when your food will be ready. Very frustrating when your in a time crunch!

Really disappointed in my experience at Kneaders. I was looking forward to having Kneader’s back in the area and so close by. Unfortunately, the food quality is very poor - especially for the price.

Everything seems very dirty in the kitchen area from what I could see. The employees seem unhappy and my food took way too long. I can’t continue to go to this location.

This is my third time coming to get soup. I was here by 4:30 in the evening and they’re out of soup every time they are out of cheddar broccoli soup it’s obviously the most popular soup why can’t you just make more of that?
I feel like 430 is not too early in the dinner time hour to be out of product every night?

Today was my first ever visit. I have 30 minutes for lunch. I figured if I downloaded the app I could order my food and pick it up for ultimate efficiency. I ordered my lunch, and headed over with a 20 minute round trip drive. I was not greeted when walking in the door and saw no signs or indication as to where to wait for something already ordered so I waited in line. A customer asks if I was in the line as she was perplexed where to line up as well. The staff member overheard that I was waiting for an online order and then told me I was waiting in the wrong area. It was not customer centric and made me feel as if I did not belong in this kneaders “club”. I did voice that I had no idea I was in the wrong place and information prior would have been helpful. Overall the food was great and the cashier taking orders was sweet and kind. I was able to observe her friendliness while waiting in the line. Care, appreciate and inform your customers. The feedback would be better.

DESSERT DESTINATION. This is my kinda place, with a lovely vibe and a great selection of treats. It's the Holiday Season, soooo lots of cozy pastries with everything pumpkin. We like to stop by for dessert, but will be back for more.

The service here has been extremely slow every time I've visited, even when the restaurant is totally empty. Today the sandwiches had 1/3rd the normal amount of meat, and one had cranberry sauce smeared on the bread.

I used to love this restaurant when it was off Eagle Road. The food is still great, but the service leaves something to be desired

My wife and I have been here four times in the last 2 1/2 weeks. This is the best French toast in America, in my opinion. HOMEMADE fresh fluffy French toast and it’s UNLIMITED!!! All for $7.49!!! This place blows every other breakfast place out of the water. I am convinced that the bad reviews are from very snobby out of staters. I’m also from California, but I have been gone from that hell hole for 11.5 years and Assimilated to the Idaho culture.

Have visited this location numerous times, usually they are pretty decent and kind, today I think sealed the deal on my last visit. We spent about $46 on what feels like mediocore food. I always loved getting their turkey bacon on focaccia combo and I was bummed out on how I was served it today. They put such big pink looking chunks of turkey that came out in a whole with any bite I took and I had decided to just take it out all completely and just eat the bread. I go to open my broccoli cheddar soup and it's just a big yellow sludge mix in the container. It was not even lukewarm and very thick. Our kids grilled cheese was not even melted, just a thick slice of yellow cheese in between bread. For the prices and quality they advertise I expected better.
