We visit KPot often because we love the food, but the service has usually been hit or miss. This past weekend, our server Drew completely changed that. He gave us top-notch service from start to finish. He took our orders quickly, cleared plates we weren’t using multiple times, checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, and even replaced our grill at the perfect times. Drew made our experience so much more enjoyable, and we really appreciated it. Great job!

Couldn’t remember if his name was Jew or Drew but he did an outstanding job…. He sang happy birthday to our table twice. Best server in Boise… no…. The world… wait… America… no … the world…. Shout out to Marian as well, she was a light of sun on a dark rainy day. I will miss them both dearly. God bless America and god bless the hatchery and god bless KPOT!!!

From the moment we were seated, our server Drew transformed what could have been an ordinary meal into something genuinely memorable. He wasn’t just attentive, he was intuitively attentive, appearing exactly when we needed something without ever hovering. Every interaction felt warm, sincere, and personal, as though he genuinely cared about making our night special.
He had that rare combination of professionalism and personality: confident without being pushy, friendly without being over-familiar, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, and he spoke about each dish with such enthusiasm that it made us even more excited to try them. It’s clear he takes pride in creating an experience, not just completing a task.
What impressed us most was the little moments, the way he remembered details we mentioned in passing, the ease with which he read the room, and the effortless grace he brought to every step of the service. He made us feel like we were his top priority, even though he was clearly juggling several tables with the same level of care.
By the end of the night, we both agreed that he was the kind of server who elevates the entire restaurant. The food was wonderful, but his presence is what made the evening feel truly magical. It’s not often you come across someone who can turn dinner into an experience you’ll talk about long after you leave.
If the restaurant is lucky, they already know what a gem they have. And if you have the chance to be seated in his section, consider your night made.

Our server tonight was Drew. He literally gave us the best service I’ve ever had here. We had the most unique experience and Drew gave the utmost attention to us while still handling the rest of his section. I will be asking for him again on repeat visits!

Everything is good but my goodness, Drew is an absolute delight, he was attentive, caring and made me believe he was my best friend. I WILL COME BACK FOR HIM
The Korean bbq is delicious!! We have eaten Kbbq here several times and it’s always so tasty! My favorite is the Bulgogi but a lot of the other beef is amazing! The sauce and appetizer bar is perfect and provides all you need to make a delicious dipping sauce! The service is great and they’re quick to bring out the meat! I love the interior design and decor! We went on a Monday and Wednesday night and it was really busy, so you know it’s good! The only downside is that my boyfriend and I leave super full and fat afterwards haha!

Drew was the most pleasant and kind server. Dudes jacked with a soft voice, very sweet and helpful. We came in yesterday about 2:30 and he was there the perfect amount to help, but not enough to annoy us!
