I occasionally visit this location for a little treat for myself or with family. I've never ever had a bad experience here. The donuts and beverages are always SUPER Yummy! The staff are always very friendly and good listeners.
We were the first ones there and were given a 6-pack of cold donuts. The coffee was absolutely horrible. Young kids don't know how to make good coffee. Tasted like something drained from grandpa's tractor.
Was doing a fundraiser and there was some issues, they worked with me to get it fixed, but then later I noticed another issue, and due to distance I could not just come over to store, they worked with me over the phone, took less than a week to fix the issues, the GM was amazing and I will pay more attention before ordering over 2000 donuts again. But all in all, they were great they fixed the issues, and we even ordered more specialty donuts while I was in the store. This is...
