First time coming here. Nicole was fantastic answering all our questions about the menu. We ended up getting the general lings chicken (lacked flavor imo) and my wife got the spicy chicken something. I’m including pictures. Her plate was great. I asked for more sauce on the general lings which made it taste way better. We also got a basic sushi roll that was ok. Nothing special. Sushi prices seemed a bit high considering there was nothing raw. It was all cooked. Over all, it was good. I’d recommend it to family because there is TONS of seating. It’s be easy to host a large party here. Oh also, the food came out lighting fast. It was like we ordered and 3 minutes later they were brining it out😳

The problem is everything (every menu item) has a smokey flavor. I guess we were hoping for a Fats experience.

It is always a great experience... always! The food presentation is excellent the taste matches the eye appeal. Our server was outstanding gave great suggestions and how to customize each meal... and when I say the food came to the table at blinding speed I kid you not, it was like it got transported to the table the second we ordered it and it was fresh and hot and so flavorful... Perfection in the art of cooking and service

THE FRONT DESK GAL WAS NOT TOO FRIENDLY WHEN WE ASKED FOR A BOOTH BUT OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Came with the family to happy hour. Good value and great food. Happy hour menu gave us a chance to try out new foods at a reasonable price.

This place is great! Savannah was my server and I could not have asked for a better experience. She recommended this Banana dessert the Banana Caramel Spring Roll. Wow! It was so good and I'm so glad she recommended it to me.
Definitely be back.

We've been bringing family and friend here to Meridian since they opened. There were 5 of us here for my granddaughters B-Day. Tonight was the worst service and dinner we have had at ANY restaurant in the treasure valley. I ordered the Korean salmon; it arrived about 10-15 minutes after the other 4 people were about ½ done with their dinners. I ordered the California Role to share, it never arrived. My wife ordered her favorite the Orange Peel Chicken, she thinks she got half of her grandsons order (Firecracker Chicken) because it was so hot and 6 red peppers mixed in with it. Never got a desert menu. Finally had to stop another waiter and ask if he could get our check. Thanks Triniti for poor service and good bye to Ling & Louie’s

This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, we come here for my birthday every year and sometimes for other occasions but i am never disappointed with the service or food. Our most recent visit our server Savannah gave us the best service! Highly recommend:)
