This location is by far the best one in the Treasure Valley. The Manager, Andrew is phenomenal 👍 I recently had an issue at this location of which I won't go into the details, but long story short it was a mistake I made on my part, but Andrew was able to resolve it effectively with a superbly friendly attitude. You always feel welcome at this store and I will continue to patronize Andrew and his team for the foreseeable future. 🙂

Really great service! Very impressed on a busy Friday night. I goofed when I ordered online on a Friday morning for that night. I realized that afternoon that I would need it 45 min earlier than I had put in for the order. I called in the afternoon and the employee was so respectful and kind and although he could not adjust the time (and I could not online) he asked me to call back 20 min before the time I actually wanted it and they would do it earlier. He explained that would be easier than cancelling my order and resubmitting it. I did call (worried that calling on a chaotic Friday evening would be unwelcome) but I spoke with another employee and she was cheerful and accommodating.
We just ordered from there, pizza was great but the delivery driver forgot our 2 litter soda and that she would come back with it. It's been well over an hour, she ain't coming back.

We ordered through Uber and the delivery driver only delivered half our order. The Uber driver wasn't willing to fix his mistake so we called Little Caesars to see if they had the other half of our order. They did but when we showed up to pick up our missing items they had remade our whole order. Andrew was very kind and made the situation right and we will definitely be back to this location.

I have been impressed with the quality and service everytime I have been to this location. I ordered a couple of pizzas to be picked up at 7:05 on 8/26 and they were absolutely perfect! The pizza was fresh, the presentation showed great pride and care, and both my interactions with the staff were pleasant, professional, and painless. Thank you for making the most affordable meal in America one of the most delicious as well! You guys did awesome!!
