Meridian Goatstar Donuts and Coffee

Ask for a box to put donuts in. Said it would cost an extra $1 said I needed to by 6 to have box. I had 3 jammed into little bag. Aldo was getting donut holes. Box look cool for the kids. When I Dad bring them home. I said we'll your Donuts are already $$$.
The Lady was rude to me also. Spent $7.38. Donuts are dripping with oil anyway. I'll stick with Albertsons

GoatStar Donuts opens at 5:00 AM, yet by 5:45 AM they had little to no selection. I came in looking for a few dozen regular donuts—glazed, chocolate bars, maple bars—the basics. This is the third or fourth time I’ve shown up well after opening, only to find the shelves nearly empty. For a donut shop, not being ready in the early morning is a dealbreaker.

On top of that, the woman at the counter was unfriendly, which seems to be a common theme based on other reviews. If you’re looking for fresh donuts and good service to start your morning, I suggest going elsewhere. GoatStar keeps dropping the ball.

Cut Hot wings and all salads, even though on menu, hard to justify a 2nd visit when you can't trust their menu.

This place has great donuts, a really good selection and fair prices for how many donuts you get for a dozen

Absolutely loved every donut we bought!!! Stopped in from out of town and we were not disappointed!

I was so happy the first time I went in there. The lady was super nice. I went there today and there was a very rude young lady who would rather talk on her head phone than interact with her customer😔

Pretty good donuts, not as good as I expected.

Best donuts in the Treasure Valley! It's very small but the employees are very nice and the place is nice and clean. And they have a good variety of donuts available. The bear claws are amazing, and the cinnamon swirls, apple fritters the size of your face... I haven't met a donut there I haven't liked.

Im a transplant from Texas been here for 9 years now and Goatstar has something most places in Idaho doesn't have and that are Kolaches which is a regional thing to Texas and I love visiting this place to get me a Kolache. The donuts are as expected and good and the kolaches are good to. My problem and the reason for the lowish rating is the service. In recent months Ive gone in to get a jalapeno kolache and asked for it to be warmed up. She gives me a kolache and tells me its warm already. So I go out to the car and head out and its a plain Kolache and Cold.... Ive had to tell her in the past to make sure its Jalapeno and I dont care I want it warmed up, Im always given an attitude and she always acts like shes in a huge rush to push me out even when no one is in there. In anycase go for the Kolaches theyre good just make sure youre getting what you asked for, the lady is cold and inattentive though so double check your getting what you asked for

Disappointed with the Meridian shop.... purchased buttermilk donut around 9:30 am ....tasted stale(?) and like old oil (?). Also, the glazed were. Way too sugary....the blueberry cake donut also tasted of old oil(?)....a terrible aftertaste while eating on the way home....TOO BAD! PLEASE FIX!!!!!!

Nice Service and Good donuts! Update: stopped by today and the Open sign was off and the door locked. Hope the staff is well and safe.
