Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

Ordered over the phone asking for a Smokehouse pizza. The girl on the phone asked "the smoky?" And I answered "no the smokehouse". She continued with the order so I assumed everything was fine. My wife went to pick it up, and only once she got home so we find that they made us a Smoky pizza. So basically the food is tasty, but it's simply not what we ordered. The server was incompetent and once again we end up with something we didn't order and the only option would be to drive back over there and bring our wrong dinner with us. It's not that hard to just get an order right folks.

Let me tell you something amazing.....
Went to dinner today for my birthday. And there was this elderly couple watching us the whole time. They had went and paid for our meal. They said it's nice to see a family still together going out and having a good time with our baby
My waitress was Ciara I don't Know how to spell her name, but she was awesome. That girl right There deserves a whole raise.

Hey managers. I just got my bank statement. I ordered 2 small pizzas and was charged $124.72.

This Smokey Mtn. Pizza everytime we order the Flat iron pork we wait and wait........ then the server comes back to say," Sorry it's taking so long the pork takes a while. " Not a other Smokey Mtn restaurants. Meanwhile my order sits in the window a gets cold. Try to pay the Manager sitting down with their phone. People make eye contact then move on. Where am I Home Depot?

Service was amazing, host came and chatted with us, food came out warm and timely. Even timed a take out purser we had right as we were about to walk out the door. Highly recommend the turkey brie sandwich

Food is surprisingly good. The waitress took a smoke break instead of checking on us. She just disappeared for long periods of time. And she stank like an ashtray when she did show. The restaurant is just dirty. Dead flies in the windows. Mess from the previous people eating. It makes me really not want to know what the kitchen is like.

Our fault for coming in an hour before closing. Tried to be quick and ordered dinner and dessert at the same time. Food came and was never cleared. A different server came by to ask if we wanted a box.
Followed by the check being left without the dessert we ordered. Our server seemed to be involved in a conversation with another employee and was bothered to leave it to check on us.
