Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

This is the 2nd time on my birthday that they have disappointed me. The customer service is always negative and they do not want to sit large groups. Last time they messed up our orders and then gave us uncooked pasta for replacements. We tried to give them another shot today but they didn’t want to sit us. We decided to go to another restaurant that wanted our business. I recommend that you go somewhere else if you have a large family.

It was a great place to have a group get together. We had 12 in our group and the service was spot on. Everyone ordered a rather large variety of food (not just pizza) and they all seemed to really enjoy it.

Friends and family sharing a meal... thats how you make good memories!

Dingy and dirty. This place is the worst. Chicken was dry and had little taste. Swimming in sauce. Garlic knots were as hard as rocks. Wait time was astronomical for a Thursday night. Skip it. So many other places to eat.

The sauces have been pretty runny the last few times I've been there. The wait staff was pretty scarce for as slow as it was. The temperature inside was chilly!

Went in. One time. Had to beg to get served. Got a little better. But why are they always in a hurry to box up your.food and kick you out?
Got half the pizza eaten, and I guess it was time to box up and leave. Service blows.

First time eating here. The waitress was wonderful, I believe her name was Angel. And she was very awesome at her job! She was patient with us ordering, not rushed at all. I had the salmon salad & it was delicious. And my 2 friends enjoyed their meals as well. Will be back!

Great chill atmosphere. The food has been super tasty. The staff seems like they get along pretty well, which, gives it a great atmosphere. I wasn't going to mention that my cheesy garlic bread was without cheese, but the staff noticed and righted their wrong. The happy hour deals are really good! In general the staff has been very friendly.

Normally love Smokey Mountain, but tonight at this location everything was a disaster. Lack of help for sure. Food took way too long and waitress never came back, even after asking another waiter twice for assistance, finally went to the front counter to try and get a check and pay, which was every bit as frustrating. After coming here 15 years, it will be hard to go back!

Brie bites, BBQ pizza, Thai flatbread, chicken alfredo. Our group was happy with food and enjoyed it fresh and reheated. Food was ready for pickup 15 mins later then stated on phone.

The food is delicious, there are very healthy options like the salads, I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and it was great, the pizzas and pasta were also incredible, but the best of all was our waitress, she was very kind and attentive to every detail, ask for her when you go, her name is Shannon

The food is plentiful. Huge portions. I’d say Italian food comparable to somewhere like Olive Garden. So great if you love that stuff. Husband got a personal pizza and liked it. Old school vibes inside with decor. Waitress was nice

Food was amazing but service was slow. Wasn't super busy but only seemed like one poor waitress was working (and very hard).

Pizza was amazing amd got food fast.
