Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

I went in for a nice dinner and drinks with my fiancee and the lady that’s served us assumed that my fiancee was unsafe, which was clearly not the case. Fiancee told the server she was okay and that everything was safe. Will not come back very disappointed in that server!

The place was empty and they gave us plastic plates saying that “they were using the dishwasher” we ordered an XL pizza and the one they brought looked like a regular order, the pizza was almost empty, none of the ingredients that the pizza has, they told us to wait 5 minutes for a new one and 15 minutes passed and they brought absolutely nothing, terrible service.

Took an hour to get the food. But they brought our 5 year olds Pizza in 5 minutes. Has some sort of gristle in my chicken sandwich just told him I didn't want it. Are waitress was hard to find when needed

Noodles for pasta were over cooked and broken up, was inedible. The pizza was cooked a little too long bc the cheese was hardened and not cheesey. They also forgot my side of ranch which is a dollar.

The burger was unimpressive. The amount of fries was pathetic. $16 wasted.

We were reminded again why we never go to this Smoky Mountain Pizza location in Meridian. Poor service poor food extended weight times we will never be back.

We have been to the smoky mtn pizza in downtown Eagle several times and it has always been fantastic food, service, etc. We thought we’d try this location since we were in the area.
Should have been a clue when we walked in around 5:30 and there was only one other family in the restaurant. We ordered the pizza knots and they arrived as crunchy as croutons. (Sat in the deep fryer a bit too long) The pizza was very lacking- very measly and short on toppings! Pizza seemed microwaved.
Way overpriced & poor quality. We would NOT recommend this place and will never go back.

Descent pricing. More food than you might expect. We both loved our salads! Ambience was nice as well.
Our waitress was Shannon. She was extremely helpful with decisions and getting us fed quickly!

We were really disappointed with our order tonight. We ordered a large pizza with ham (half pineapple), but there were only about seven very small pieces of ham on the entire pizza. The pineapple also seemed off, it had a noticeably fermented taste, which made the overall flavor unpleasant.

We also ordered a meat pizza, which was unexpectedly very spicy and had an overall off taste as well. Based on both pizzas, it honestly seemed like some of the toppings or cheese may have been past the expiration date.

Both pizzas ended up going in the trash.

We’ve noticed a decline in quality at this location, which is disappointing.

Amazing place

Our server (believe name was Averell) was so on spot. (Meridian SMP) Wonderful server. This is my favorite place cuz it has the best food. My fav is the Alfredo pasta with veggies and chicken. We usually try to make it after 3 for the special price. We feel you'd certainly really enjoy any of the smokey mtn pizzas.
