Grabbed an XL pepperoni and sausage pizza to eat before the trick-or-treating shenanigans begin. I placed my order and my food was ready so quickly at the pick up window. The pizza looks great with ample toppings, and the gal that helped me was so quick and efficient and friendly!

We’ve been buying pizzas from Papa Murphy’s at least once a month for the last 28 years. We have never received a pizza this bad in all those years. We ordered a family size Hawaiian pizza with thin crust, extra sauce, and green peppers on 1/2 of it. When I picked it up I made a comment to the man behind the counter that I didn’t think it was my pizza because it didn’t weigh anything and didn’t have much on it. He just looked at me without saying anything. I said it had my name on it but wasn’t right and I was not happy about it. The man still stood there looking at me, not saying anything. I told him that since my wife had already paid for it online, that I guess I would have to take it and hope for the best, but I’m not happy about it. The man just watched me walk out without saying a word.
As far as the pizza- well, it tasted like cardboard. It had already overcooked when my wife did the 10 minute check (usually to rotate it). There just wasn’t hardly anything on it. The center of it had raised up gotten crispy brown because of no cheese (or anything else) on it. Keep in mind that we had ordered extra sauce and added extra green peppers. Needless to say we’re very disappointed in our pizza and I have never seen someone in the service industry be so blatantly rude.

I love when I travel someplace that has Papa Murphy's. Has always been my favorite pizza place.
