The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. Got in about five, and was packed by 530. Chips and salsa were some of the best around. It’s nice to have some quality reasonably priced Mexican food here in Eagle.

Surprised at 4.6 reviews but I'm from out of state and this food is below average compared to my Chicago area. Heavily salted food and diced tomatoes seemed like they were out of a can. Carnitas pork was over-spiced dark chunks, would have preferred to recognize it as shredded pork. Service was excellent drinks were good. Better off just going to a good taco truck or Chipotle.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The Diaz family has been running the Pueblo Lindo in McCall for years now. They opened this second one here in Boise and I'm glad they did as thier food is a step up from almost all other mexican restaurants. What they offer is unique dishes, tastier sauces and meat, multiple salsas, all made with love by people who actually give AF.

Our lunch date was very delicious! I had the chile rellano, tamale, enchilada(shredded beef) combo meal. The tamales are made fresh in house. The meal was very good. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I didn’t get his name. Overall, it was a great lunch experience!
The shredded beef taco was extremely greasy. The chicken taco meat was extremely dry. Chili Colorado had no flavor. They need to do better.

Not sure what happened today. I have been here before and enjoyed it, but those days seem to be nearing an end. I ordered the Al Pastor 10" burrito. It was without flavor, at best. It is clear that all of the pork is cooked unseasoned and modified as orders come into the kitchen. This is unseasoned, crock pot pork shoulder. For better satisfaction with a traditional Mexican dish, I recommend you save a little money and indulge at Taco Bell. Yeah. It was that unsatisfactory.

Eagle Location - Friendly service, great food. Their seafood dishes are excellent as well as their beef. Several favorites include Camerones Al Crema, Seafood Alambre, and Apollo zen Mole. Their Pazole is by far my favorite pazole I’ve ever had.
Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options include spinach enchiladas and vegetarian fajitas.
