The food was outstanding. We each had variations of the tonkotsu. Personally I don't generally like meat, but did get the normal this time and i loved the texture of everything, i ate half the piece of pork and that's huge for me. It was all really great and loved the atmosphere for the whole family. Even my toddler loved it. They did have clearly labeled vegetarian dishes which I thought was awesome! The flavors are unreal! I got the house ramen with added egg, kimchi, and mochi (after lunch). Everything was amazing. Unfortunate I didn't start coming here earlier! Love it! Will definitely be back.
