Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our server Christin absolutely made our experience. We always love Red Robin’s food, but she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My dad brought in a couple coupons and she helped us split tickets to use them before they expire. She was quick on refills and jokes. All star server for sure!!!

Every time we visit Red Robin, the food just feels subpar for the price. Even my kids don’t enjoy it. My daughter has ARFID and is already selective, but the chicken here really grosses her out. And even the kids’ pizza—something that’s usually a safe bet—just isn’t good. The only things any of us consistently like are the fries and the freckled lemonade.

What surprised me most was the cost. Two adult meals, an appetizer, and two free kids’ meals (from the summer reading program) still added up to about the same price it costs to feed five of us full breakfast meals at McDonald’s. For the quality and value, it just doesn’t make sense for our family.

Foor was excellent, bacon blue cheese burger and onion rings was amazing. Service was very good, fastest I have ever got my food. Reasonable price! 5 stars from me, and that is pretty rare! Thank you Red Robin!!!

While waiting to be seated and being totally ignored for 15 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Most of the tables were cluttered with dirty plates and empty glasses. Apparently they have no bussers.
We wound up leaving and went to Applebee's across the road. There we were seated immediately and food was brought out quickly.

We sat in the bar. Our server was an ‘experienced’ lady. She was amazing. The food was tasty but would have been much better if it was hot. I had the Red Robin burger and I ordered it with some pink in the middle and it was but the patty was tepid at best. The steak fries were just warm, like if you didn’t eat them all now they’d be cold. This location was clean and everyone was friendly. We were there before the lunch crowd so it wasn’t very busy. I just wish the food was hot.

I had to reorder our Sweet Potato Fries several times as every time they came to our table, they were cold. Also, the mens bathroom was in desperate need of repair. I couldn't losk the toilet door, and the bathroom paper dispenser was on the floor. Therefore, almost unuseable

I’m not one for reviews but this has to be said. I used to work at Red Robin many years ago and I know that there are serious protocol with dealing with food allergies, which is why it has been a safe place for me with celiac disease. I ordered my usual cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap with gluten free fries (different frier due to chicken in the other). I always specify with them when I order. I received my order with regular fries as they never season the gluten free ones. I cut into my burger and realized I got the regular fries and due to cross contamination I asked the server to remake everything and she looked at me like I was stupid. The manager brought out the new order within about 4 minutes. I got the correct fries but they slapped the same contaminated burger on new lettuce and counted it as okay. I ended up having to call the manager back and address the issue and he lied to my face and said they didn’t. He ended up comping our meal which I appreciate but I left hungry due to not even being able to eat food in what I thought was a safe restaurant. The manager proceeded to say sorry and gave me a coupon for a free milkshake that I can’t even eat. What a slap in the face.
*I am aware that there’s always a chance to be taken with allergies but it’s the least I can ask for honesty*
