It was cold, the booth seats were broken down, the bathroom was a mess but, my salad was good.

I had to reorder our Sweet Potato Fries several times as every time they came to our table, they were cold. Also, the mens bathroom was in desperate need of repair. I couldn't losk the toilet door, and the bathroom paper dispenser was on the floor. Therefore, almost unuseable

I’m not one for reviews but this has to be said. I used to work at Red Robin many years ago and I know that there are serious protocol with dealing with food allergies, which is why it has been a safe place for me with celiac disease. I ordered my usual cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap with gluten free fries (different frier due to chicken in the other). I always specify with them when I order. I received my order with regular fries as they never season the gluten free ones. I cut into my burger and realized I got the regular fries and due to cross contamination I asked the server to remake everything and she looked at me like I was stupid. The manager brought out the new order within about 4 minutes. I got the correct fries but they slapped the same contaminated burger on new lettuce and counted it as okay. I ended up having to call the manager back and address the issue and he lied to my face and said they didn’t. He ended up comping our meal which I appreciate but I left hungry due to not even being able to eat food in what I thought was a safe restaurant. The manager proceeded to say sorry and gave me a coupon for a free milkshake that I can’t even eat. What a slap in the face.
*I am aware that there’s always a chance to be taken with allergies but it’s the least I can ask for honesty*

Been going here for years. Not any more. the chicken sandwich keeps on getting more expensive and much smaller every time I go. Good by RR . Chilis chicken burger way out does yours.

We went for the first time to this place and it was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful..we were greeted by a friendly lady Hope who seated us with a smile and kind Words. Then our server Lex was so pleasant and accommodating. Our food was so good and super affordable. We had the 10.00 cheeseburger meal they offer on a Tuesdays w bottomless steak fries.. everything was so good we definitely will be coming back!

It pains me to even write this, because the manager Alex was so awesome. The last time I was here years ago, I had a terrible experience. I decided to give it one more try, and unfortunately this wasn't the case. Our server was really nice, helped us with suggestions, and even brought us a basket of chips because our kiddo couldn't decide. We waited over 30 mins for our food, which blows my mind because we were the last table and the place was empty. I saw the food up in the window forEVER, and the server brought us some other fries and chips because it was taking too long. These fries were cold and old. We didn't eat them. By the time we got our food, all of us sent our fries back because all of them were cold and yucky. The burgers were cold. His scorpion burger said it was the spiciest one they had, with three peppers on the menu, and there was zero spice. Maybe a hint, but really very unremarkable and cold. Our server never came to ask us about our food, and the "fresh" fries were sitting in the window again forever while our server was vacuuming. We never got the fries, I told her to go ahead and take them home with her. Then came Alex, who was very understanding and accommodating. We really enjoyed his customer service, and wasn't expecting to not pay for the food, but he insisted. We declined for our food to be remade, or for desserts he offered us, but it was really nice of him to offer, and he gave us some cards for appetizers and desserts which again was really nice of him. Our server was also really nice, and the food itself wasn't her fault.

First time going to Red Robin and I wasn't disappointed. They did give me a different sauce than what I asked for but the sauce I got wasn't bad. Came here with family and friends with a baby and seating was mixed up at first because of some miscommunication between staff but the table the gave us was fine and when light was literally shining on our faces they were nice enough to close the blinds even though the Karen complained saying they'll just eat in the dark like there wasn't a light right above their head or anything. That was really the only downside to the occasion. Would come again

Waited 45 minutes they said it would be 30. We had 4 adults two children . After waiting they said they only had two tables for 6. We left. We won't be back.
