Sakana is definately in our top three for Sushi restaurants in Boise. They are easy to get to and we've always been able to get a table. They have a traditional menu and allow us to customize their rolls which is nice because I like more tempura and spice than they show on the menu. They also offer Tepanyaki dinners which we've witnessed but never tried.

Loved this place! Busy on a Tuesday night at 7pm says a lot about- food was delicious, fresh and prices are good! Has Hibachi which we ordered off menu instead of the whole experience … prob need to make reservations for that? But, will definitely go back here regularly!!

Lady walked the food out to the car for my wife, which is amazing. But the food was terrible. I think if you're from Idaho you might like it though. My wife liked the California rolls though. Chicken was flavorless. Both the teriyaki and the katsu. Udon noodles/sauce were bland. Just. Not good. Kid boxes are a good value but again the food is just subpar.
