Listen, this is important. Stop prompting for a 20 percent tip for making my food. That is your job. You are paid a livable wage to do it. If you want a 20 percent tip, go serve tables and make less than minimum wage per hour. That’s how it works. You don’t get a livable wage and a 20 percent tip for counter service. It’s becoming an absolute joke, and if you do it, I will no longer support your business. It needs to stop.

I've gone here a few times. It's my go-to bagel place. Usually, I order in person but today I opted to order online through my work computer. I ordered their amazing coconut smoothie and added boba. I also ordered a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese. I could have sworn I clicked regular cream cheese but in my hurry, I clicked strawberry cream cheese. I was so disappointed when I finally got back to work and discovered this mistake. This was a mistake on my end as the receipt stated strawberry cream cheese. I can't normally afford to eat out these days so I took a gamble and called them, I explained my mistake and asked if there was any way I could come back in and get what I originally wanted in exchange. They asked for me to come back to see what they could do. When I got there they reminded me that I was the one who ordered that. I apologized and stated it was a mistake. It was my first time using an online order system for them. They were not ecstatic to remake the bagel but still remade it with no extra charge nonetheless. This made my day, I appreciate the customer service. For me that was the first and last time I use the online ordering system and will stick to in person ordering.

My Bobba tea was really good

GO TO BLUE SKY!!! Super poor customer service, I ordered 4 beagles and only received 3 of the 4. I called and they proceeded to tell me they only charged me for 3 not 4 and it was her fault but it is more expensive because the cheese beagles add $2.25 per beagle. That would’ve been nice to know when you order. I will never come back, the new lady there has poor listening skills and no customer service.

1000000% THE BEST bagel sandwiches in the valley. What it lacks in decor, it rules in yumminess and variety of drink options. I would eat here 3 times a day if I wasn't worried about being judged.

Had the best apple turn over there. Crust was flaky and the inside had the most apple filling. It was stuffed. Drinks and the bagels were really fresh.

It's pricey for what it is. And they went cheap on the spread. I barely had any spread on my bagel. And the coffee $8 for medium? That's absurd. For $.50 you can get a large from Dutch Bros. The taste is average at best. But the coffee is decent. I wouldn't go back honestly. Not worth it. $17.xx for 2 bagels and a coffee. No thanks!

I got the wrong order at the nampa location the number for them online is incorrect I tried to call this location to ask for the phone number and the girl on the phone was rude and unprofessional “um I would have to ask and we are busy right now” I do not care. It takes 5 seconds to ask and give me the phone number. Even if she had to put me on hold or call me back. I have gone to Sarah’s every weekend for years and this is completely unacceptable. Train your staff better, learn how to provide customer service which is literally your entire job.
I will never recommend this business to any of my friends and family again. It is so disappointing to see how many people can’t do a simple job.

Pretty avg across the board. The food sausage, egg, and cheese was very bland but edible. The sandwiches are microwaved to heat them. Prices were reasonable.
