Our food was delicious but what I’m really happy about was the young man at the window, Liam. He was so dang nice and I didn’t feel pushed through the line (there was no line) but him just taking a few moments to chat with me, made for a nice visit. Customer service was on point! ☝️

I recently visited this Sonic location, and the customer service was terrible. The workers were inattentive and seemed like they couldn't care less about our order. We tried multiple times to get their attention, but they either ignored us or acted like we were an inconvenience. When we finally placed our order, it was clear they weren’t listening, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food place. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst costumer service, they don't take your full order, they are very rude, take long time to service Luz the manger was really rude she was the one taking the order and didn't let me finish also I waited long time for them to take my order buy I could see the throw the employ door talking I heard them talking becouse they left the mic on conversation nothing to do with orders

I don't usually do review. But I went thru the drive thru tonight about 930 order a #1 fries and Burger. I got the most horrible fries I ever had. I never tasted fries like this. They were kinda crispy, But yet gummie yacki taste I ever had. I don't even think they were old.Maybe bad oil. But I could only eat three or four of them. And threw them away. I couldn't eat anymore and glad I didn't. Could of got food poisoning. All my life I never tasted anything like this. Please if anyone experience this please post. They shouldnt be able to serve food like this.
super slow, and messed up order, we waited for 35 litteral minutes... after 20 of those, we got the first round, and it was ALL wrong. sent it back and got the new 15 minutes later. it was right.
