poorly managed as a lot of young people working there without much training. This was apparent as our $14 order turned into a $70 order and the young people helping us thought it was an ok mistake and that we should just drive away. More to story, but too long to share as a post here. Overall I think more training necessary as they couldn't track the visa mistake ever. After some days we were reimbursed the mistake in cash.
Stood inside and watched our food be handled with the staff’s bare hands. Gross considering the man handling my food was also touching his face and hair.
“Idaho State law does not require gloves to be worn, but does require that ready-to-eat food be prepared and served without bare hand contact. Wearing disposable sanitary gloves is one of several acceptable ways to comply with this law.”
My family and I often get ice cream for dessert and this is now at least the fifth time out of the last six or seven we have been there with the customer service has absolutely sucked. They truly could give a crap less about the customers. They have literally screwed up every single order we have made.
