i am in the process of moving and my coffee maker is packed up. i’ve stopped at this location on two separate occasions to see a fairly long line for the drive through. i decided to just park and go inside where there has been no one in line. by the time i get my coffee and walk out, the drive through line is empty. clearly prioritizing drive through orders. not by who orders first. completely no point in going inside.

Come on guys. This is the 3rd nitro in a row from here that's been almost half foam even after letting it settle for 10 minutes.

Staff is friendly and location is convenient but I'm probably going to start going somewhere else at this point.

Go there consistently enough that they know mine and my fiance's order. However over fifty percent of the time they get it wrong... And charges us extra for the modifications. Rest of the Starbucks are amazing

I go to this location a lot, on the way to work and very close to my house. I normally love every visit!
This time I went through the drive thru to get my husband and I coffee on my lunch break. While I was getting the coffee in handoff from the barista it spelt all over me and my middle console. Made everything so sticky and all my buttons were just soaked. To the point where I was scared they would not work anymore. 24 oz coffee all over.
I was 8 months pregnant and I could have been severely burned. The barista was nice and grabbed rags and some spray but that did not do much. Then gave me a $4 store card. When my 2 coffees were $15. What is $4 going to get me?
I had to get my car detailed, was $180 would like Starbucks to pay for that. I emailed the District manager, and I got no response. Not even a phone call or email back. I love Starbucks and I don’t want this to mess up my experience for the future.
