Met an old friend to chat.. Great atmosphere and we were able to talk 3hours! Staff and other folks around us were chatting- the store is quiet but not so you hear others or they hear you!

I placed a mobile order at 4:54 AM and walked into the store at 5:08 AM. My drink still wasn’t ready even though there was only one car in the drive-thru and no one else inside the store. They told me they still needed to finish the cold foam on my beverage, even though I ordered the drink 14 minutes before showing up to the store. There is literally no reason the cold foam shouldn’t be done and just waiting. As someone who orders cold foam on my drink via mobile order all the time in my personal cup, I know that it’s not going to be fresh when I pick up my drink. I don’t order ahead to stand around and wait for you to finish a drink, especially not 15 minutes before I show up to get it. Then I called the store to ask for a refund and of course catch attitude from the supervisor who answered, Julia. As someone who spent eight years as a supervisor for Starbucks (13179**) that’s not the way you talk to people and that’s definitely not how you run a shift. Why was there only one person on the floor? Why did two people walk from the back room as I was leaving and suddenly decide to help? The person on the floor = 40+ years old. The people in the back = in their early 20s. No surprise there

Very spacious and comfortable seating. Music was a bit loud. Staff are very friendly. I am not a fan of their coffee but my wife likes their green tea.

Some of the rudest service from all but 1 of the baristas. They are very slow with longer lines vs other locations. No selection of merch despite very large inside space.

Staff deliberately made other drinks when they saw me standing there didn't greet me didn't say will be with you soon or it's coming. It was a mobile order. Imade me stand there for 10 minutes on purpose, even though the food was out knowing I was waiting for my drink, didn't even ask why I was there or if they could help me or let me know drink was coming. Deliberate rudeness. Bitter resentful unkind energy there. It's Thanksgiving day and I understand people are working on Thanksgiving, but I'm alone on Thanksgiving so maybe they should be a little kinder. I sat in my car outside to see if they did that to other people and other people's drinks came out in a minute or two.

I enjoy some of my Starbucks experiences, but their main draw is the consistency of their menu. You can go anywhere in the world and it's the same drink. They don't have enough seating though, as everyone likes to camp out and telework for ages, and there are no options for lingering a bit. The disappointing factor, which drives me to use a competing coffee chain in the PNW (Dutch Bros), is that they ONLY have sugar free vanilla. That's it, in 2025, with our population full of diabetics. Having even worked here as a barista in the past, their coffee is very dark roasted and acidic and I'm not a fan. But, you've got consistency. There's that.

Added on: the baristas there are always extremely polite and friendly, and I appreciate that.

This starbucks is usually great but I went there on Halloween and they were out of almost everything including pumpkin spice which was the drink the app required i purchase for extra points, didn't have time to go to another one so I was out of luck on coffee and points

Starbucks used to be the place, but the people and the politics have made it not worth it, especially if you don't use their app every day

The hostess was happy to greet me and everyone who came in to buy a coffee and/or pastry. I felt welcomed, which made my morning good

Parking: It is somewhat difficult to find parking because on weekdays there might be groups of people reading which I find very cozy. But the parking lot is free with a wheelchair accessible entrance

Always a reliable coffee shop offering a wide variety of beverages and pastries. Their coffee is generally good quality, (some might think it too strong) and their food options are convenient for a quick bite. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, making it a great spot for both work and socializing. While the prices are slightly higher than some local coffee shops, Starbucks' reputation for consistency and convenience makes it a good choice.

This recently opened Starbucks is great. I love having a Starbucks on Ten Mile for my morning commute. Unlike a lot of new places that struggle with training when they first open, I've always had good service and good luck at this location with my orders. I'll keep stopping by for coffee.
