Love this Starbucks, come everyday and get the same order without any difficulties. Today however I had a really negative experience. Emilia at the window was cold from the start. When scanning my phone she refused to stick her hand out the window and made me physically move. Then upon getting our drinks I knew from the start that it was visually wrong and expressed this, she told me it wasn’t wrong and made me feel uncomfortable asking her to remake it. Consistency is always great, drinks are well made and staff is very friendly. The only complaint about this location is that the parking lot can be a bit of a disaster during busy times.

Service was great as always, and drinks and food met expectations. The bathroom was filthy, however, and floors and many tables needed cleaned. We stopped in about 730 and it wasn't super busy. Perhaps there had been a morning rush.
