I had 3 of their quesabirria tacos and they were fantastic.
Flavor was on point and the shell was just right amount of melted cheese and crispness.
Staff were friendly and service was quick.
It was snowing pretty heavy so there wasn’t a big line but it was still very quick.
I will be going back to try other tacos for sure.

BESSSSSST Mexican in Meridian. And some of the best birria tacos I have ever had, wowza. I am still thinking about those tacos. And the horchata? Run don’t walk. It is delicious and you will be licking the cup wishing you had got another.
Another highlight of this place is the super sweet ladies who work here. They are so kind, patient answering questions, and make the experience so wonderful. They are the heart of this place!
Also worth noting are the solid burritos.
The service is fast and the food truck is well maintained, too. I cannot wait to go back to get food and chat with the ladies who work there!

Me and my son stop by atleast once a week to eat, he loves their carne asada fries and the street taco's are amazing, the people are super kind and all have great personalities and very professional. 10/10 recommended!

Very affordable, fast, and most of all delicious! The staff were so kind and friendly, giving personal recommendations (quesabirria and al pastor) and even made me a half-and-half quesadilla so I could try different flavours. The meat is rich and flavourful, and we got large and filling meals for 2 people for $20. Easily the best food truck in the Treasure Valley.
I have returned to give them another chance and I’m glad I did! Their location is perfect for me but the important thing is their food! I’m a real-deal Mexicano straight outta Tijuana with a loooooooooong list of Mexican restaurants that I have been to in several different states in both countries (Mexico and the US). I rate according to taste, service and accuracy among other things…without taking bribes. I ordered my son and daughter’s favorite foods (which they do have) and then I waited for my kids’ responses. Wow!….ok…so I had to try…and yes! It was a review-changing experience. I will now make this place one of my new favorites.
Parking: Street Tacos La Cruz is in a church parking lot. Tons of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. Plenty of grass area to do cartwheels.

We have eaten here several times now. Food is always good. Asada fries are amazing, as are all their tacos.
Our family loves Mexican food, and we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a food truck. When we went there around noon yesterday, there were a lot of people waiting in the parking lot, which made me feel that this place must be great. And it turned out to be true – the tacos were amazing, with a unique flavor to the meat. Even my son, who loves chicken nuggets, put them aside after just one bite of the taco and said, “Mom, I want more of this taco!” The owner was also very friendly. We’ll definitely go back. Highly recommended!
