I attempted to order through the drive thru, but they now use AI for ordering in the drive thru. It cut me off when I tried to tell it to remove veggies. Didn’t make my order complete. Needless to say, I left. AI needs to stop doing jobs that people need to do. Will never use this Wendy’s again.

I visit here frequently and the employees here are generally tired and unapologetic, especially the manager with tattoos and glasses. I was told today that there's extra cost for sauce, which has been part of the meal for my entire life. I'm already spending 11$ each meal and I've been multiple times a week over the last 2 months. Thanks for another reminder that corporate restaurants are just another money grab for crappy/unhealthy food, Wendy's. Maybe someday you'll learn that human touch of kindness, for now you're just sterile.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs, you'd be better off choosing Taco Bell or Panda. Or just fasting

Besides that they forgot our straws and spoons for stuff. So we went to McDonald's down the road and gave them our buisness
