I went into the men's restroom there's no sign there's no one standing there there's a man and woman taking pictures of urinal then there's a hole in my rapper from a hamburger I didn't see it so now it's all over my pants I'm pissed off

Make sure to check your order before leaving their horrible service! No napkins, no ranch, no straws, no salt, no pepper, no butter and no receipt! BUT they did give us tomato on the sandwich that we asked to NOT be on there! Wendy’s is good but not at this location!

No exaggeration, this place is the worst run fast food establishment. Their hours state they are open till 1:00AM Monday-Thursday, I came to the drive-thru at 12:00AM. They tell me they closed 30minutes ago. I asked if they are still open till 1:00AM on the week days, but they say no. Online and the hours on their door says otherwise. This is communicated to me by 2 individuals so they’re clearly staffed for some reason. Additionally, you are guaranteed to have at least one item wrong or forgotten when going to this location. You will also not receive an apology when you come back to have your our food corrected. This place is a joke.
