The people who work here are easy to talk to and suggested the Mango Cream Boba w brown sugar popping boba but I went with the passion fruit popping boba. It was a good change the drink by itself is great. Highly suggest stopping by to support!

Service was great. I was a little disappointed in my drink but I guess I made the wrong choice reminded me of crystal light. Last time I got the red bull drink very good this time was like Kool aid literally from a pitcher. The macaroons are 10 outta 10 def buy more of those.

Such a cute shop with so many delicious treat choices. We’ve been needing a boba shop in Moscow, and they’re serving! Staff is always super sweet, Korinne always knows how to make my drinks perfect ❤️

If you are a boba fanatic or wanting a little treat, this place is for you. Boba here is very good, full with flavor and the tapioca pearls are unique than any other boba I've gotten. I also got the macaroons, super good! And the lady working is very nice.
Definitely a 10/10 recommend, will be coming here more often

I do not wish to bash Ellagista’s. The service was fine, but I do have feedback on my order. And it might be my personal taste more than anything.

The macaron wasn’t bad, however on the small size for $2.50/piece and I felt like the topping of white chocolate(?) and sprinkles took away from the classic macaron texture. As for the classic milk tea boba…again, not disgusting but the caramel syrup they add to the cup is too sweet for my taste. And idk what was going on with the boba pearls themselves, the texture was unlike any other boba I’ve had before and not in a pleasant way.

I order the brown sugar boba, I am giving a two star as my drink tasted good as expected but the boba was under cooked and the prices was a little high. The boba were crunchy... And last I checked it ment undercooked. Anyways service was great but I threw out my drink after I drank the liquid with out the boba pearls at the bottom. I would have gone back but I was already driving away when I took a sip and realized. :(

But maybe it was an off day.

It will probably be a long while before I go again...or I just won't get boba again from here.

Great customer service and quality of food! Tried the maple bars and the cake pop’s. The strawberry flavor was delicious!! ? must try if you are in Moscow!

I went here with my dad during the summer and it was amazing! We really enjoyed the boba, and we are quite fans of boba in general. The pearls are a different, more jelly-like texture, but I love it! Their little place in the mall is sooo cute and the people were really patient and nice, they let us both get almond milk too.Since school started in the fall, I have been ordering boba for my bf and I. We were getting popos till a couple months ago, then I remembered this place! We live in Pullman and doordash it, so if we get a creamy or iced drink it melts a bit. That is expected for how long it takes. Since our switch, I have been paying less overall and we both really like the pearl texture! Sometimes popos can be gritty or hard, but Ellagista's is always soft and jelly, different, but tasty!I highly recommend Ellagista's Boba! My favorite drink is the peach pie boba with less sweet.

Vegetarian options: I don't think anything here isn't vegetarian, unless you get the seafood.

Dietary restrictions: They have options to replace the milk with a substitute. This isn't as easy through doordash/delivery. Only certain drinks have options for it.

The dazzle razz, a limited time flavor, was delicious. I tried it with pink lemonade and it comes with raspberry popping pearls and sparkles!
