No gluten free bread anymore. Gluten free pasta was cooked to death, destroyed and cold….like refrigerator cold. Marinara tasted like a tin can. One meatball is $3. You don’t get the “free” endless soup OR salad unless you ask for it …..so asked for it and it was slapped down on our table…not a word was said…no eye contact. Rude. Had to send back the cold pasta. Meh.

First of all, there was a dead roach In the bathroom. In the bathroom where there’s no food to look for. My guess is that there’s roaches where the food is, and an employee trailed it into the bathroom on their shoe unknowingly? I don’t know. And this was AFTER I finished my food too. I was so disgusted with my overall experience already that I just couldn’t say anything without yelling at an innocent server. The rest of my experience before wasn’t much better. The lasagna is disgusting. As someone who’s worked in food service for a very long time, it tasted like it was hot held. Which would be fine if it wasn’t one of the most expensive things on the menu, and if it didn’t taste so low quality. That is genuinely ridiculous. Also, no free refills on drinks?? You know very well how cheap soda is in the quantities that you serve. I’ve tried giving this place so many chances and it fails harder ever single time. I was waiting to make this review because I don’t like leaving negativity on local places, but I just couldn’t resist saying something, this place has AWFUL food, and AWFUL ownership. The servers were very kind and helpful, and I’m sure the cooks are doing the best they can, but this place needs to either be shut down, or an entire re-start.

Very average for the price I paid. Took way too long to be served at the end of our meal...very unsatisfied for the price. Feels like I was grossly overcharged...first and last visit. Sad, I had high hopes and was excited to give it a try...

3 of us arrived without a reservation on Valentine’s Day around 4:30, content to wait the quoted 45 minutes for a table. The wait wasn’t quite that long. Greeted fairly promptly by server once seated. Tried to order an appetizer but they were out of our first two choices. Placed our order. After 45 min one of our party flagged server down and asked for a beverage refill. The server didn’t ask any one else at the table if they needed one as well. Another thirty minutes later we asked at the front where our food was. We hadn’t seen our server on the floor. He indicated he would find our server. We waited ten more minutes and were about to leave when she finally delivered our meals with a cursory “sorry for the delay”. The food was good, though the lasagna was pretty salty. We had to flag her down again to pay. She asked if we wanted a receipt, yes please. Waited another 10 minutes for that and finally left as it was clear she wasn’t bringing that anytime soon. The restaurant was never really full, so it’s hard to reconcile why the service was so poor. Additionally another server was handling all of her tables like a pro - and may have had more tables. We finally left around 8 pm. Such a shame because this is a favorite of our student, so we try to make it a priority when we visit. We likely won’t be back. Also not used to it being so empty during dinner hours on a Saturday night.

Came here for a what we thought was going to be a nice Valentines dinner and turned out to be a waiting game for horrible food. Waited an hour and a half for Chicken Parm & Fettuccine Alfredo.
I received a Spaghetti Alfredo, spaghetti noodles instead of fettuccine. And our chicken tasted fishy, wouldn’t be surprised if there was crossed contamination.
We were offered a discount for our meal, which we thought would make it worth the wait, guess how much we got off.. 20%
Should’ve walked out after the first 30 minutes.

Took ages for food to come out, when it finally did one of our two dishes was cold. Our drinks were never brought out until mentioned when we received the food. Our server never checked in until one of us called them over to discuss the cold meal
