Been going every other month or so since I first tried their food. Never disappointed, always worth the price. The Mac of the Week is usually pretty great, and gives me a reason to check in and see what they have pretty regularly.
The only downside is because it's so good, it draws quite a crowd. Make sure to bundle, because you're likely going to be outside for a bit.

They once again have tacos and burritos on the regular menu... the best tacos/burritos on the Palouse.
Breakfast Mac is gone, though. ?
The pizza mac and the chipotle mac are my favorites.

Everyone says how good the Mac and cheese is but honestly I was soooo disappointed. I ordered the 5cheese Mac and cheese and honestly it was so dry and bland I barely had more than a few bites. I also ordered chicken tacos with no slaw and got slaw anyways on it. Was definitely disappointed as this was so hyped up

Definitely the best spot for mac-n-cheese in the area and one of the few spots actually open late. The prices are very fair. Their mac of the month can be pretty hit or miss, but their standard menu is excellent! Would recommend getting extra cheese on your order! It takes around 5-15 minutes (after ordering) depending on the amount of customers.
Everything about this is perfect. Honestly, I love Grub Truck. Only wish it was on campus or a second truck on campus

By far, THE BEST MAC I HAD WAS THIS PAST WEEKEND: Red wine and steak - included mushrooms, onions, steak bites, and a to-die-for red wine sauce. Michelin star rating from me. So friendly and the crowd is always pleased after they get their meal!
Back again 9/1 Long live the Grub Truck in Moscow! My absolute favorite Mac n cheese is featured for the month (red wine and steak) and a raspberry brownie! I was the first in line with a following that the Pied Piper would envy ? Open 10:00-2:30 am. BEST MAC N CHEESE!! I buy it and prep it up for a few meals for the weekend.

Witnessed stuff cleaning out trash and wiping down the tables (*work surfaces) with no gloves and returning to serve meals without washing hands. Disgusting. Will never come again.

First of all, I've never eaten their food and don't even live here. I live on the East Coast. However, I'm looking at these twitch videos that is all over online regarding the latest crime that occurred in this area. What's amazing to us is just how friendly, engaging was the cashier while being extremely busy. The cashier is engaging to each and every customer that he encountered. Then it appears that all the employees, while hosting a diverse staff, notice how they all seem to get along and you can even hear the dialogues between the staff. Then notice how the three cooks in the back, notice how clean they keep their station. Wiping down the counters while serving such a busy night of their customers. They don't wear mask, they wear gloves, but notice how they don't do all this talking all over your food. Notice how the cook in the black jacket and hood really doesnt talk over people's food, until the containers are closed. Notice how clean he keeps his station, in such a small space. I actually was so distracted, cause I wanted to notice the two young ladies at the truck ordering, but we were concentrating on this actual truck. Maybe it's not appropriate to send this review, but I just want to commend this staff for what we saw from these videos. I highly doubt I would be visiting Moscow, Idaho but if we did, we would certainly make a point to eat here. Please keep up the good work! And kudos to the whomever the supervisor is over this truck.
