Love Humble Burger’s new location in Downtown Moscow! Clean interior with plenty of seating - even a few place outside! I love that people can watch the food being made, and the staff is so friendly! Limited menu, but it’s so hearty and they cater to those who are GF! I wish they had more conventional drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc), but the food itself surpasses my complaints about drinks! Hefty and filling and they even have a punch card for items you know you’re going to order again and again! The meat, I believe, is locally sourced too. Excellent establishment!

I am visiting from Texas and this place has to have some of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The buns were warm, patty juicy and tasty, and pickles so yummy. 10/10 would do again. Affordable, friendly service, and chill atmosphere.

Speaking for keto and carnivore diet practitioners, this is an excellent spot. The menu is easy to understand and easy to order. No bun is no problem. I got a double patty with cheese and added an extra patty on top of that, no bun. My wife got a single with cheese, no bun and a small fry. The burger was delicious with a nice char on the outside but perfectly cooked on the inside. The cheese was top quality, onions fried well and the pickles were fabulous. They had a fry sauce on the burger that had just a hint of heat to it. But nothing that would make the burger overbearing for people with a more mild pallet. The fries too seemed to me to be fresh cut and fried well. They looked and tasted like potatoes instead of the usual frozen, bagged nonsense that some burger joints pass for French fries. I couldn't partake but they have a variety of sodas and beer as well. Highly recommend!
