The food is always so damn good. There is care in the presentation and ingredients, prices are fair. I literally can’t get a better side salad anywhere in town, it’s so cheap, it’s filling, and it’s seasonal so never boring. If I was to seriously get picky, the fries don’t match the quality of the burgers, that burger just deserves a better accompaniment.

Got two burgers and an order of fried at their food truck during the farmers market in the summer with my husband. We'd heard about how they have the best burger in town. I was immediately disappointed in the fact that they don't even have lettuce or any other drink besides a lemonade. The food was way too expensive for the quality of it. Like you might as well just make a burger at home and it would honestly be better. The bun was chewing and oily and the burger was dry. The fry sauce wasn't good and it was just overall very basic. Honestly the fries were better than the burger. I'd rather get a burger at McDonald's or sharp's which is much better
Outstanding burger, fries and shakes. Even when it gets busy, which it does frequently they still take the time to make it right. A must visit when in Moscow.

It saddens me to write less than 5 star reviews but then I think about myself and the fact that I want to hear the truth rather than someone being nice. So the truth is on the night we visited Humble Buger is wasn't the best. The service was really slow, my veggie burger was so dry I couldn't finish it, the tables were dirty, and the shake machine was broken. From the reviews it looks like others have had a better expience so I guess it's hit or miss.
My new guilty pleasure. This is reminiscent of the hamburgers I would have as a kid. Hand-made, cooked on the flat-top, skin on french fries and fresh toppings with the secret sauce. Delicious.

Just curious but I would like clarification on The customer loyalty card when I fill it up, do I get a free burger like the card says or does the employee get to pick the free item because one of your employees stated they get it choose what free item I get...(Edit) I have never been able to choose an item, they just underlined the item for me. I would never have chosen a fry only a burger. I always get a humble burger with a large fry and a vanilla shake. May I get this altered the next time I come in?
