I am a regular costumer here at the Moscow Jersey Mikes. I was rudely greeted by the red headed lady behind the counter. Was thrown constant attitude when I was telling her what I would like put on my sandwich. It then was done incorrectly and I had to politely correct her. When telling her that I wanted to modify my hot sub I was again rudely corrected with an eye roll. I then waited for my hot sub for 30 min which has never happened before as well as costumers behind me getting...
With the power outages in Moscow 12/17, the staff was bombarded with people who couldn't cook at home. They kept their heads hi and worked SO hard! Ownership, please give tonight's crew MAJOR kudos for powering through the chaos!
Excellent service and very friendly staff! Always a good experience every time my partner and I visit. They don’t participate in the Veterans Day discount, but they do offer a 10% veteran/military discount every day, which I think is okay. The tables do get dirty from time to time, however they keeps the bathrooms clean, which is good.
