We waited in an unattended lobby for 15 minutes. Whoever was supposed to be working around 3:45 was just not there. There was someone eating that didn't look like they worked there, we weren't sure because they didnt have any obvious uniform on. We left the store and went to the parking lot to call the store to see if anyone was in the back. The person eating got up to answer the phone. No sign, no greeting, and I guess no service

I've ate here probably half a dozen times and it's always been good. The lunch box deal ya'll offer is a great deal. It was 25 for two of them and if you haven't tried it, RUN THERE NOW. I think it's like a dollar maybe two more but you get a fullest bag of chips I have ever received in my 33 years. A big cookie. And for some reason a quarter slice of pickle that 100% has no business being that good. Seriously, they must be the love creation of some Mad Pickle Flavor Scientist who thankfully uses His Powers for Good.

Always delivers to the wrong spot then if I ask for a refund or to actually receive my food they gaslight me it’s as simple as training your drivers on the proper location and refunding items which are services not rendered. That’s basic commerce law if I sign a contract w your store to deliver items to my door if that doesn’t happen I need a refund do not gaslight me like I am the problem it’s bad service you could have saved me the trouble of calling my bank and if I am injured trying to deal with this that is on you I’ve had to go out looking for my items in the snow because they are always sent to the wrong place. Look at the address of it says 1574 Apt 6 do not leave the order there it’s the next building take responsibility

We ordered on the app and we waited over 30 minutes.. we live 5 minutes away, it would’ve been faster if I walked in and made the sandwich with my own hands and walked home, and yeah I could’ve just went and got it myself but there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to use the app just like everyone else for convenience. Not ONLY that, but they delivered it to the wrong door. The receipt said our exact apartment number, in clear print, and it was delivered 4 doors down, and we did not get any sort of notification that the order was delivered on the app or through text like they’ve done before. We had to look outside to see if they just left it without knocking, which we clearly instructed to do on the app, and saw it at a different door with our receipt stapled to it. The food is absolutely amazing as always but they have a terrible delivery service. Fix this please.

The bread is always burnt and I mean always burnt I went several times and it was burnt then I started just to walk in see it's burnt on the rack and turn around and leave. I've done that now 3 different times over the last few months, so I don't think it will get better.

i’m sorry. what kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread every time i’m there. i have tried so hard to be good to jimmy johns. i give it chance after chance, but they always disappoint. this un-wich??? LETTUCE IN A LETTUCE WRAP??? ONE PIECE OF MEAT??? AND TEN WHOLE DOLLARS??? this was my final straw. my friend also got a sandwich with wheat bread. you expect it to be wheat bread in the sub style bread they typically have. no. it was bread slices. like the kind you get in a plastic bag from winco that’s about to expire within the next 2 days. i am now loyal to jersey mikes.

Thay did not get my order right and it was just supposed to be ham and cheese and they put mayonnaise and lettuce and we ordered a cookie and a soda and they didn’t even give us that so they suck. Don’t go there ever.

Order from them alot. Last couple of times I am disappointed. I won't order from them again. Last couple orders have been awful. Took almost an hour to be delivered and it was all wrong not what I ordered. Supposed to get refunded but never did. Second order food was gross. Never again. Used to be good but has gone down hill.
