Glad to see nothing has changed. Everytime I go to this location something is wrong. This time they have no lights for the menu board. I was in the drive through and left because I couldn’t see what I was ordering.

KFC is a comfort food. I don’t indulge it often, but I sure enjoy the occasional lunch here.Today I came with some work, and settled in for an hour or so with my laptop. So I was able to observe the atmosphere and employees, and even an interview happen. I was very impressed.Employees: kind, calm, and committed. They take this job seriously. And fast, even during rush.Atmosphere: clean and cared-for.Food: what I come to expect: delicious. Man…those biscuits!The Moscow, Idaho location is doing it right!

We got chicken little without pickles and they fricking put them on I hold a grudge now.
Who knew a tortilla, pasta, and chicken could be so good! For $5, KFC delivers an American melting pot of goodness. (An added bonus: although I don’t play, I saw a PUBG promotion in the store)

Spent 20+ minutes in drive-thru line on Friday dinner time. Said it was due to staff shortages.
Ordered door dash, got absolutely nothing I ordered besides a drink.

Ordered on door dash. I got the 5pc tender big box and a pot pie. I was pretty surprised with how small the portions where for the 5pc box since it's like $16. The mashed potatoes were in a container you might expect a side of salad dressing to be in. They might as well have just forgotten the mashed potatoes all together it was so small. The chicken tenders were like 2inches long and super skinny too. Safeways chicken tenders are like 3× bigger and in the pictures they have on door dash they look way bigger. The fries were smaller than the smallest size you can get at McDonald's and they gave me regular Pepsi instead of diet. The pot pie was decent but also really small for $8 and the crust was ...sweet? Such a rip off. And I feel like trash after eating it. I feel better after eating McDonald's and it's not even real meat. Anyways I was scammed out of $30. I could have bought clothes with that money. Why doesn't KFC slap like it did when I was 8 and wore knee high converse?
