Placed order online. Spent over 25mins past the time for pick up. 10min waiting to talk to someone. Employees making eye contact but no greeting. What happened to customer service!
I just ordered food at the drive thru and Cas was super energetic, nice, clear, and had a fantastic attitude. As a customer service professional, I absolutely adore that energy as it makes customers feel at ease and confident. Just wanted to give a kudos to him!!
Got the Wednesday chicken fried steak. Loved it.
