I just ordered food at the drive thru and Cas was super energetic, nice, clear, and had a fantastic attitude. As a customer service professional, I absolutely adore that energy as it makes customers feel at ease and confident. Just wanted to give a kudos to him!!
Got the Wednesday chicken fried steak. Loved it.
They used to honor coupons but don't anymore. So if you had a coupon you had to pay a high price, but now because of ever-growing good old-fashioned American capitalistic greed, you have to pay an insane price. Guess it's a good thing Chic-fil-A opened here. Looks like they will be getting my business from now on since KFC would rather throw away dollars to save pennies.
