I went through the drive thru of the McDonalds located at 862 Troy Rd Moscow, ID 83843 around 6:30 PM this evening. Ordered. Got parked to wait. 1st person came out with wrong order. More waiting until 2nd person came out with another wrong order. 3rd person came out, took my order a 2nd time. While I usually have great service at this McDonald’s, not today though. I ordered my food and drinks, no order up on screen to double check. Ordered a orange juice for my daughter, paid for my meal. At pickup meal they handed me a coke. When I told them it should be a OJ he told me like I was supposed to know that their OJ machine wasn’t working.
