This is a standard, no-nonsense Qdoba location. Never had issues with the food or the staff.
Out here, the other option for “healthy” Tex Mex bowls is the rival chain named after a pepper located in Pullman. They have questionable sanitation and food prep standards at that pepper location, and I have gotten sick from there before. I’m so, so glad that this Qdoba is here and that they know what they’re doing! Great food!

While the employees are amazing, it is no part thanks to their amazing manager. My fiancé has massive food allergies that we’re trying to figure out and our very first time going to Qdoba at this location, not only were they very welcoming, but the manager had taken the extra care and effort to ensure which food item had what ingredient and inform us properly so we know what my fiancé is able to have and not have. Since then, we have been going there constantly and the service has been amazing, with the manager always reassuring us that we shouldn’t worry about having to make requests based on allergies. Stuff like this is welcoming and has been making us want to come back as much as we have. It even has us considering having Qdoba cater for our wedding as the managers service has been that welcoming and amazing for us.
