I got such a warm welcome as soon as I came in. Was my first time eating care and they explained everything in a way that was Understanding and fun. The staff was absolutely nice and took the time to explain which sandwiches were best. I would 100% come back again.

Based on the reviews, Jersey Mike's Subs offers excellent service and very friendly staff. Customers received a warm welcome, and the staff took time to explain which sandwiches were best. The food was great and big, with one customer getting the #9 Club Supreme in the Giant size, which was a good size for the price. Getting it Mikes Way made the sandwich delicious. The restaurant is newer, very clean, and keeps the bathrooms clean, though tables do get dirty from time to time. They get busy, and it takes a few minutes longer, but customers appreciate the effort put into the sandwiches. The staff kept their heads high and worked hard even during a power outage when they were bombarded with people. They offer a 10% veteran/military discount every day. Customers said they will definitely return again, with one hoping to try the Philly cheese steak.
