Red Bento is a very clean restaurant with excellent food and service! We mostly get takeout but have eaten in a few times and the service has been outstanding. Extremely nice staff! I highly recommend this restaurant!
We ordered 2 main dishes and 2 sushi rolls. After a couple bites of our main food we found a cooked, dead bug in our meal. As I was looking around for our waiter, i saw a live bug, the same as what was dead in our food...go scurrying across the booth divider. Waiter comes over and confirmed we had a dead cockroach in our food! We found a cockroach in our food. The wait staff was nice and made the dish again. But the owner wouldn't even come out and apologize, what a coward.
