Starbucks in Moscow

“This Starbucks is located just inside the Safeway entrance, and is just wonderful. It really makes a grand entrance into the store. I felt the overall service was personable and friendly. The atmosphere seemed warm and inviting. I ordered a latte which was excellent as always in most of the Starbucks I have visited. The front area was clean with an elaborate showcase of complementary sweets that enhanced the overall enjoyment of a very good cup of coffee. I will definitely be back as this was truly a good experience.“

“I don't remember the names of the ladies who helped me this morning, but it was about 10:45. I was having a terrible morning and I came in with three drinks I felt bad asking them to fix one of them and they were so polite. To these ladies I am sorry if I came off rude I was trying to hold back tears, but you were so sweet and kind even on my way out the door. Thank you for the wonderful service!“
