Waited 7 minutes to have our order taken. Employee at the cash register was covered in hickeys, which is just trashy. On our way back to the car we saw an employee hit a weed pen while he was taking out the trash. Overall trashy, overpriced, with unreasonably long wait times.

This is the third time I have gone through the drive-thru and had to park and wait. There was NO ONE behind me and it took 15 minutes to get nachos. Totally ridiculous.

Fast food is supposed to be fast food... what a s*** show 2 spaces for cars pulling forward yet their pulling all cars forward... ive been sitting outside at the front of this line for over 15minutes now and nobody has came out and even served food to any vehicle yet.. wow..if your in a hurry to grab dinner don't go here....

Called at 9:30 to see if their ground beef was ready. They said it would be in half an hour, said great see you at 10 for several soft meat burritos. Went there a little after 10 to learn they do not start serving lunch items till 10:30. If that's correct, why didn't you say that when we called?
Last week when we went there at 10 for a burrito asked for no red sauce and sour cream. Got home the burrito had red sauce and the sour cream we paid extra for was not included.
