Normally, this jack is top notch for our orders, however, today they dropped the ball. Manager and cashier were great and no complaints there. But we ordered 2 tacos no cheese, and 2 tacos no sauce. When we received the order it looked fine but after taking a bite of the no cheese, it was very clear that the cheese was removed after it already melted onto the taco shell and other ingredients, this was the case for both tacos with no cheese. They have stopped serving breakfast all day long also everytime I go at night with a cravings for a milkshake they always say it's down or being cleaned so I always have to order a soda when I went there mostly for the milkshake..

The wait can be long sometimes but the food is always great. Fries are crispy and the Sourdough Jack is a great pick for a burger. And they're open 24/7! The lady who runs the drive thru is fantastic. Great all around.
