Always excellent service, if a issue arises(which is very very seldom) its graciously and respectfully corrected on the spot! outstanding customer service. We visit at least once a week and are treated awesome by all staff members.
No customer service skills at all. The floor is always messy. The kid’s running the show are always running around with their heads cut off like they are lost. Several times when I picked up an order they were missing a pizza or they gave it to the another customer and had to re make it.
Usually, it's great, but last time, the only thing was that the drive thru was taking forever. I thought it was just like a pickup line, but it seemed like they were taking people's orders, and that backed the drive thru, which made me disappointed in this place. Since I was on my mom mission to pick up and go which a baby that doesn't like her car seat that much. But the customer service when they greet you is always good, and the pizza is always delicious, so...
