The food is absolutely always delicious at Shiok! and the service has been friendly too. If you're on the fence about eating here I'm here to say that you absolutely should not be because you will be very glad you gave their food a try! We've dined in and done take out several times and it is consistently always delicious.

This is bar none the best food around. Have not even found better in Boise area. The owner is so kind, and the whole story is so fascinating of his background in the military. As a former Military person myself- I am so impressed with his business and food savvy he has with this place. We come here often from Nampa and love it every time we eat here.

The dish I ordered was ok. It’s my favorite. Fried rice. There was not enough seasoning. The shrimp were bland. It did taste fresh. I will try it again.
Overall a 4-star experience.
